I ordered these to replace several similar ones I owned for over 40 years. My old ones were original American Airlines dishes used to serve meals to passengers. The airline eventually stopped using ceramic dishes and someone donated hundreds of them to a local thrift shop. I purchased more than 20 of them, but over the years some of them got broken. I happily found these on Amazon and ordered what I thought was the exact size. They are essentially the same size, but just a fraction of an inch longer and narrower. Nevertheless, they are great. So happy to have found them.

I bought these so I could paint them with porcelain paint. I wanted something that could be used as an hors d’oeuvre serving platter, and these are perfect! They have very clean simple lines that don’t interfere with paint designs. They are beautiful without paint as well. They’re high-quality, durable platters. I highly recommend these and the price can’t be beat!

These ceramic plates are heavy for their small size. The glazing is well done and they stack together nicely. They came packaged securely to prevent breakage in transit. I saw in the description where they were 10 inches but upon opening them they were smaller than I expected. I measured them and they are exactly 6x10 inches. There is a curved lip around the edges so the food area is smaller. I took a picture with my IPhone pro max cell phone for you to get an idea if they will work for you. If you need a smaller plate, these would be a good bet.

The plates arrived in great condition, and very well packed. They are much heavier than I anticipated. They are not "lightweight" as advertised. But that is a good thing, as they are very sturdy and the heavier weight makes for a great presentation. These plates are not big -- about 9 inches long on the inside and about 5 inches wide -- so these are not dinner plates. But they make a great serving tool for side dishes, especially if you are grilling or barbequing. For example, shishkabob sticks or stuffed jalapenos will be well served this way. The plates have a very nice finish, with a high gloss bright white and with smooth, evenly rounded, and curved edges. Very classy item. Would make a niced gift for the chef/grillmaster in your life.

I THINK these trays/plates are porcelain- they really feel like they are. I could be wrong but I own hundreds of porcelain serving pieces and these feel just like those. If the are porcelain they’re going to be more chip resistant than just ceramics. This is a set of 6 and they are microwave, disherwasher, and oven-safe and they super easy to clean and they wrap with plastic wrap really well. I am so happy with these. They would also make a great housewarming/hostess gift- you can never have too much classic white serve/dinnerware.

These plates are sized right for a sandwich and a few chips, a sandwich and small bowl of soup, a slice of toast, or a slice of pie or cake. I like so no complaints about that. They are very versatile, dishwasher safe, and stack for storage. They are thick porcelain so weigh slightly more than I would expect for their size so even feel high quality.
