Simple Joys by Carter'sBaby 12-Pack Socks, White, 6-12 Months

These are good little basic baby socks! I’m a first time mom and bought all kinds of cute socks at first. Not so cute when your baby is in mismatched socks because the washing machine ate the matching sock!! I wanted a multiple pack of white socks, and these do the job. A couple things to mention:1. They aren’t stark white. They are off white. Doesn’t make a whole lot of difference but it bugs me a little! A lot of my sons Carter’s outfits are white, or have white cuffs at the bottom, and they are noticeably different in color.2. The grippers on the bottom don’t seem very grippy- they are just a bunch of little dots versus a grippy design/words that take up more surface area like regular Carter’s socks. My son isn’t waking yet, so I don’t know if they’ll work just the same3. The length is interesting. They go up halfway on my sons legs, but aren’t meant to be folded over. They do seem to stay up, I just wish they were a little shorter.4. They run smaller than normal Carter’s. I’d say they are true to size. My son is 6 months. The 3-12 mo are a little bit but not terribly. Since he’s in the middle of the sizing, that seems about right.Overall, they are great for the price!!

EDIT: I added a photo for reference. Sock on left is the sock I was expecting to receive. This sock was ordered from this listing previously and the sock on the right is what I received this time around. Both are size 0-6m.This is the third time I have ordered these. This time I did not receive the same style sock I had ordered in the past. I am very disappointed because the color is “off white” and the socks are not the same crew sock style I had purchased and loved in the past. I ordered the 0-6m socks for my second baby and there’s no way they will stay on tiny feet— which the size and how well they stayed on is what I loved about them for my first baby. Disappointed and will not be buying these again.

Great price, great design, easy to match, great antislip, we never go back to the animal socks again.Ordered again for 2T/3T, but received 5T. Asked for exchange and still got 5T. Ordered again another time and still got 5T. The barcode label says 2T/3T but product description says 5T and the size is way too big for 3T. I refunded them all and give up trying.

These socks come up to just under my 16 month-old's knees and stay on all day as long as he's wearing pants. If he's on the changing table, he'll pull the socks off in a jiffy. There's more elastic at the top, and it leaves a little indentation in his leg, but it doesn't seem to be cutting off circulation or anything. However, the little non-skid dots on the bottom only cover an area about the size of a silver dollar. They do seem to help him not to slip as much on the linoleum though, so that's nice.

My son has large feet. He is 14 months and these are barely loose on him. Needless to say, its been a challenge to find him socks and due to our colder weather, we prefer to get crew socks so we have some pant and sock overlap. We have bought multiple sizes with the Carter's from Amazon and we have loved them all. This is out of the, probably, 20 different tries of finding socks we like. Why is it so hard to find socks for babies?!The little grippers on these are an extra bonus. He is walking and running everywhere so it helps when he transfers from the carpet to the hardwood. Definitely recommend!

The socks would be great in every way, except that the company lied about what the fabric is made out of. The ONLY reason I bought these socks, is because they were listed on the website here as 100% cotton, which is something VERY important to me. However, as you can see it on the picture here, where my finger is, it clearly says on the package “72% cotton”. I am very angry about this deception. I was shopping for 100% cotton socks for my little one for 2 days; to be deceived like this when I finally think I found it and paid money for it is absolutely unexplainable and is FALSE ADVERTISING!

I went on a months long trek to find all white toddler socks that could be purchased more than one pair at a time and not cost a small fortune...I was beginning to give up hope of ever finding such a treasure and resign myself to have a toddler whose socks never matched...until these beauties popped up!! Now my toddler can finally hold her head up high when she takes off her shoes...for like 2.3 seconds, because then she takes them off, too.

Baby is 6 months old and we were struggling to find socks that fit and stay on. I hated to pay this much for them but I'm glad I did. I'm also glad I ordered all white socks because I didn't realize how painful matching all the adorable printed baby socks was until I switched to all white. These socks are a great length and the crew top actually stays up. I'm happy!

I bought this for my 11 month old and had to return as the size is exactly the same as the 6-12 month socks I was trying to replace

These were too tight round the ankles and left marks. Strong legs run in the family.

Nice classic white socks. Lots of stretch, not too tight at the top that they leave marks (like some socks). Ordered size 12-24m for my 12 month (21lb) girl. I would definitely say they fit closer to the lower end of the range... in this case, closer to 12 months than 24 months. A light material (thin), more like a spring/summer sock. Long enough that they’re little legs won’t be exposed. Little bit of grip (not the obnoxiously gripped socks that you can buy). AND THE BEST PART, there aren’t a million of those unnecessarily plastic pieces holding them together for you to tediously pick out of each sock when you first open them 👏👏👏
