We weren't sure about ordering a stove fan (being totally unfamiliar with these types of products). We have a very small stove in a large room which takes a few hours to really warm up. I watched Andy's video which was really helpful and informative, without condescending to the viewer, and based on what he said and the little demonstration he gave, decided to order the bronze SuperFast. I wasn't disappointed. It worked brilliantly! There was a very marked improvement in the heat circulation. It was also very quiet and fitted well on the top of the stove. I'm also glad we chose the bronze version as it looks really lovely. We've had several comments from family and friends who thought it was a piece of art! Great product at a great price! Not only looks well but also works well. This one is very good for larger stoves and stronger heat output. Easy to use, just pop it on your stove and wait until it heats up.It pushes all the warm air into the room instead of heating up the wall.I have it on my stove all the time as it spreads the heat evenly and makes the stove heat more economic. Enough to just direct it where you want it to push the air.Sturdy, fast to heat and fast to spin.Well worth the €€

The media could not be loaded. Firstly I ordered Bronze but it looks Black.This is my second stove fan and in comparison to my other, placing this in the same area it makes a horrible noise. My video shows it on 'quiet' mode :DIt rattles, clanks, thuds. Had to turn the volume up on Netflix to drown it out, ... eventually gave up.Seller reluctant to accept return. Eventually producing a label where I'm responsible for postage costs.Save yourself the hassle.

Purchased this to replace a very expensive one that was bought in Canada years ago, and had broken.This one is just as good. It is compact, virtually silent, looks great and definitely helps to circulate the warm air from our recessed fireplace.Very pleased to have bought from a UK company.

Works very quickly not sure about the heat circulation though. No doubt it helps a bit

I bought this bronze fan as I wanted a lighter coloured one on my log burner which is in a dark recess and the previous black silent one seemed like a stealthy finger chopper. It is not quite as quiet as the other one (stealthy finger chopper) but so far it doesn't make any kind of intrusive noise. Our stove is in a fairly small room and I point the fan at the open door. It is difficult, without doing very precise scientific measurement, whether stove fans truely do any good and frankly I don't have the time for detailed analysis. I can't tell you if this fan is helping my log burner heat the rest of the house however I can say that prior to getting the fan, and shortly after having the stove installed, I was questioning the wisdom of the log burner as rearrangement of the furniture (and consequently new furniture) seemed necessary to get more distance between where I was sitting and the stove. Since having a fan the ferocious furnace like quality of the heat from the stove seems to have cooled to nice and cosy so I am speculating that the fan must be directing the heat away. Definately worth a few pounds not to have to refurnish the room.

It's quite small.There is no magnet to keep it in place on the stove.Fan never self starts.But it does work once you set it spinning. If it was better and bigger then I would have bought another one as our stove needs two at this small size.

Starts quickly and runs quietly. Time will tell regarding longevity, but you can only judge on what you have witnessed.
