Best noodle replacement I've found so far
If you've been on the hunt for low-carb noodles for a while you know that NONE of them are a direct replacement. There's always a trade-off. I have tried several products, and this one is my favorite so far. BUT, let me give you some tips on how to make them:-The package says to boil them for 7 minutes. Do 8 or 9 and they will be much softer, comparable to al dente pasta. The texture is far better than konjac noodles.-Do not use the water you boiled them in for broth. A lot of odd flavors end up in the water. Dump it out and use a nice broth or just season them with no broth like I did.-The flavor is kind of eggy to me. Not bad but a little odd. Use plenty of seasoning or a flavorful sauce and you will be happy. For mine, I used a chicken ramen flavor pack and some chili oil, which was just enough.Keep in mind that these aren't store-bought spaghetti and you'll have to experiment and put in a bit of effort, but it's worth it. I have a feeling a lot of the bad reviews are from people who were expecting Barilla pasta or just can't cook.Btw, the bowl in the picture is two packs cooked out of the six.

UPDATED REVIEW
The media could not be loaded. I found it yall... this is it right here!! As an avid ramen enthusiast, I have always loved ramen, but enhanced ramen. The different ways to create it. With that said, due to a gastric sleeve surgery, I have to now limit carbs and I thought my ramen days were over. I used the "i" brand of low carb ramen that is 40 bucks for six packs but then I saw this. Hands down the best substitute ramen you can get on the market. The texture is awesome, the ability to absorb flavors is outstanding, and the nutritional value is amazing.Quick tip, to get a more straighter ramen, I boil for about 11-12 minutes. For more textured curly ramen, I boil for about 7 minutes. That sweet spot for that in between is about 9-10 minutes. Thank me later.**********************UPDATE*****************I might as well switch to my other brand because they have upped the price since this review from 14bucks to almost 20. Not cool. Luckily I found another brand for 12 bucks that is with the same ingredients!

Decent, Do Recommend, But Be Realistic
My only legitimate complaint is the price, esp in this upcoming economy. Aside that, it's pretty serviceable as a pasta sub. It's not as firm as normal pasta, but it also doesn't fall apart. This is like a slightly softer angel hair pasta. Boiled for 8 min then ran under cold water. Very tasteless, as others said, but I don't see how this is an issue? Put into ground turkey Alfredo with broccoli. It was very filling. Would purchase again, would purchase more often if it was cheaper.

Great for those on Keto and those who like to cook!
I absolutely love pasta, and having followed a modified Keto diet for the past five years, I’ve lost 55 pounds and kept it off. I recently found these Bami noodles on Amazon after growing tired of the store-bought Shirataki noodles, which required multiple rinses to eliminate their fishy odor and still didn’t taste great. After precooking the Bami noodles to an al dente consistency, I sautéed them briefly in sesame oil and added them to a sauce I prepared with black sesame oil, rice vinegar, fresh chili garlic paste, soy sauce, peanut sauce, scallions, and chicken. The noodles absorbed the flavors beautifully, making them taste so authentic that even a guest might think they were traditional, organic noodles. They were absolutely delicious, especially for someone following a Keto diet. I've already purchased them twice this month! I also tried adding them to a cream of chicken soup I made for Sunday dinner, and that turned out great as well. They are easy to prepare, filling, and if you are creative you can substitute them for almost any noodle dish.Would I prefer angel hair or egg noodles made with flour? Of course — but that’s not the point. These noodles are Keto-friendly and half the price of their competitors. I highly recommend these Bami noodles!

Inconsistent Taste
The taste isn't consistent. The first box's taste was wonderful, and I thought I had found heaven. The second box's taste was fishy, which I didn't like.

Eh, could be better
I liked the nutritional aspect of them, low carb and high protein. These were not good to me. Maybe I didn’t cook them long enough. I’ve seen comments say up to 10 minutes for cook time. That’s wild when Maruchan cooks in 3 minutes. I didn’t like the texture, tasted al dente, and they didn’t take my season well. Maybe I’ll try again and maybe not

So far best pasta alternative
I’m not on a keto diet per se but I do meddle with a low carb, no sugar plan to get healthier and reach my target weight. Previously I have used zucchini as my spaghetti until I purchased a pre-spiraled frozen zucchini from Whole Foods only for it to be so chewy it was extremely hard to chew apart, very rubbery, almost choking on it. Not going to lie it traumatized me enough not to want to eat it anytime soon. I also missed the firmness of pasta, I love my ‘al dente’ pasta.I cooked this maybe a couple minutes more than directions. Did not measure the water just eyeballed from experience. I did put spices in the water given comments about the lack of flavor of the pasta. (Salt, vegeta which is like a chicken bouillon dry mix, garlic and onion.) I mixed it into my spaghetti and it gave it enough taste to enjoy. No it’s not like a true, real pasta, but what I missed most was the firmness of the pasta. I hate mushy texture. Sauce, spices can help this pasta a great deal if you’re not loving the taste of it.One serving block is also more than I can eat so the carbs are even better. I have the other types of pastas sitting in the fridge and pantry… I just can’t get with them. Either they’re mushy or have a really strong odor that I can’t stand and/or a super weird taste I can’t mask. So far, this is a winner in my book and will be purchasing regularly.**Will update review if new revelations are found. 03/2024. Not a paid/sponsored review.

Satisfying Noodles
Satisfying taste of pasta or ramen. If you are doing Keto or watching carbs and sugars…you will love these. Noodles microwave in about 4min. depending on your preference. This is my second purchase. Everyone in the family loves these.
