When looking at this item I couldn't help but notice that there were a slew of vendors selling this item for varying prices. I therefore ordered this same item from four different vendors in different quantities for different prices in order to determine if there was any quality differences between them. There was Not! All of them were absolutely identical in every way. Therefore I am duplicating the rest of my review for each purchase and vendor. Since price and package quantity were the only variables, you can choose from what is available at the time of your purchase and find the best deal.]This replacement oven knob is technically a Samsung replacement knob, but also fits a lot of other brand ovens. To be absolutely sure you are getting the correct size, you can measure the shaft on the stove valve once you remove the old knob. This knob will fit a shaft that is 1/4" wide across its full width, and approx 3/16" measured from the flat side to the opposite side. I say approximately because it is actually ever so slightly more than 3/16"measured across from the flat side, but unless you are using a vernier caliper, you are never going to be able to see that difference. If the measurement on your stove valve appears to be 3/16"with a standard tape measure, you have the right one, if your valve has a wider shaft than 1/4" on the total width, this is NOT going to fit your stove!This knob is absolutely beautiful. It has a polished black stainless steel exterior finish, and looks and feels... I guess luxurious is the best word. If you have the standard old plastic knob now, you're gong to love the feel of this upgrade. The markings for Off, Light, and Flame Height seem to be the same on all of these types of knobs, so there is little worry on that regard. To say this knob is more durable and heavy duty than the old plastic knobs would be a dramatic understatement. This knob is completely made of metal, and weighs about 4 times what the old plastic knob weighs. This thing was built to last forever and then some, and I can not imagine a scenario where this could be broken with anything even approaching normal use.Summary: If this fits your stove you will never need to replace it again, it will outlast your stove. It is also a big visible quality upgrade from a standard knob, and couldn't be more attractive. *BE SURE AND MEASURE THE SHAFT ON YOUR STOVE'S VALVE BEFORE ORDERING!* If this will fit your stove there is nothing better, and I highly recommend it!

These didn't wind up working out for my stove because the hole was too small to fit. That said, they look great and feel more expensive than the basic knobs that come with the stove. Recommended.
