Nice handbook and wise choice of exercises for seniors. Drawn pictures in some instances are not as clear as they should be. Live photos of actual people demonstrating are always better.

Great exercise guide for seniors. This is my second book from this writer
Both books are for my mom who is over 60 years old. I love this book - very easy instructions and simple pictures to follow. My mom loves it and I am happy she is following this fitness plan

I think it might be a good companion guide for a YMCA class....maybe....
Was the illustrator a first year (HS) art student?? I would not recommend this book(?) or more accurately pamphlet to anyone.Sorry

A lot of different exercises in one book.
It is very useful to have core exercises, strength exercises and chair yoga in one book. Love it!

Great exercises for elderly people (bought for my parents)
Very easy explanations and pictures, as well as effective balance training for 20 minutes a day.Also the format of the book : size and large print are important! Highly recommend

False advertising because it claims it's 3 books, but it's really just 3 chapters.

This book is a roadmap for my friends to enhance their mobility and balance.
My elderly friends like this book and say that it is a great guide to improve their balance and also a fantastic source to get in shape. They also like the size of the book- it is a good size for those who are traveling. This book also covers some anti - aging important topics.
