Very firm and supportive
It's the first time I use something like this, so I didn't quite know what to expect. These insoles are easy to use, with markings around the toe area to help you cut them to the right size. I did exactly that, and it was an easy task, without having to exert too much pressure to cut the material. When I tried them in different shoes, I didn't find them that comfortable. They kept making my shoes too tight as the insoles really pushed my foot upward, not leaving enough space for my foot. I then tried them in my home slippers, which have more room to give, and I can say that after wearing them for a few days I've started to notice some relieve from my plantar fasciitis. My heels don't feel so painful now when I get up after spending time sitting down. These insoles are very firm, particularly on the arch area, and they do take some getting used to, especially as they also add quite a bit of weight to the shoe. Hopefully, I'll find ones I can wear with my other shoes!

Best I have used so far with a very strong arch support
This is a very nice insole with a very strong arch support and comfortable use. It helps me decrease the level of toe in.I have tried around 7-8 different insoles on Amazon up to now, and this is the best I have used so far. Put it inside my Columbia shoes which is 12 UK size, and this fit perfectly without cutting. As you can see in the attached photo, the length is 31 cm. It feels highly durable and sturdy. This was a Vine item sent for free to review, but I will most probably purchase it again in the future (also looking at the current £11.95 price tag, I feel this has kinda good price in comparison with other competitors. But would still prefer the final price to be £10 or less :)

Good
A good pair of insoles that provide great support to my feet. These insoles fit well and have provided initial comfort for me, however it is difficult to say of the long term benefit just at this stage, but so far so good.

Heavy and bulky, but sturdy and supportive
These ones in the listing will easily cover sizes between 11 and 13, and you'll need to trim to size accordingly. The base/heel is quite wide and deep to accommodate the cushioning, which seems to be made of a plastic frame with a foam covering. Accordingly, these are notably heavier than insoles which are predominantly foam.My benchmark for these types of insoles are the best-selling ones on Amazon, for £20, which are nice and lightweight, mainly foam, and have served me well through several half marathons. This does mean that these Podotech ones are more supportive and sturdy, but the weight is noticeable. I've put them in some Reebok Goretex trainers for being out and about, so the added weight hopefully won't be too problematic.

Best used with shoes with a deep heel, or your foot won't fit in your shoe properly...
These shoe insoles come in a resealable pack and are designed to support the arch and heel of the foot. They have a solid bottom from the heel to the arch and the front of the sole is quite flexible and can be cut to size to properly feet your shoe size. They do have a slight heel to them which raises your heel up a little bit which I found a little bit uncomfortable as my heel wasn’t fully in my shoe, so it kept sliding up and down back heel of my shoe. I tried them in a pair of boots and the fit was much better, so I found that these aren’t best for shoes with a low ankle heel, where the material of the shoe wraps around your heel. They give a really good support the arch of your foot and I found them a little bit uncomfortable t first until I got used to them in which I then found them quite supportive. My feet still feel a little tired after using them for a while but I’m finding it’s becoming less and less the more I use them and get used to them. They are reasonably priced too I think they are great value for money if your foot arch needs a little support…

Fit well
Having only recently been diagnosed with plantar fasciitis and introduced to the extraordinary pain it causes I will try anything to speed up what promises to be a lengthy recovery. Having also been told that the deck shoes I wear around the house are unsuitable because of their lack of arch support I obtained these to put in them. The fit is excellent and I can certainly feel the difference in terms of my feet being fully supported inside the shoe; unfortunately, of course, with recovery times for this condition spanning anything from 10 to 20 months it's far too early to say whether these will help - don't expect the pain just to stop! Nevertheless I feel that five stars are warranted simply because they do fit and do support, and the very competent medical information given on this product's sale page certainly inspires confidence that this is a company which knows what it is making.
