I've had a few of these belts over the last couple of years and without question THIS IS THE WORST and was literally put back in the box and the return immediately instigated. I've also reported the seller for misrepresenting this item in its images.1. THE BELT IS TINY! Unless you're a child, teenager, supermodel thin, this belt isn't got to fit around your waist. I'm a 36 inch waist, and it barely connects and won't stay on. What's the point? They need to clearly state that this is a very small sized belt and NOT show giant body building models where it would barely wrap around their wrist let alone waist or biceps.2. IMAGE FRAUD! Look at the images of the belt on the models, then look at the belt running next to them on the right. The number of pads is clearly different, and the size. Now I did notice this before, and didn't mind that there was an entire row less than the mock-up model images, because there were more pads than most models. But the misrepresentation hits home more when you receive the tiny box and tiny product.Embarrassing! I can only imagine Amazon have to process a lot of returns on this product, or people don't return it and the seller makes out on the sale.BE WARNED!

When I first-time try the belts, I did not adhere the belts to mu skin, and did not vibrate. After reading the instructions, I realized that I did wrongly. The belt should be wiped with water and tightly adhere to skin. For my experience, it still works without wipe with water. The intensity could be chooses from 1-30, and the intensity 10 is perfect for me. After 20 min use, my muscles seems like after work out. I have use the belts daily for a week, and will continue.

The product was good, but after about using it for 6 days the module that attaches to the belt loses its connectivity and you have to press it in in order to get the full effect. I returned the one a bought and received another one pretty fast hoping that it was just a defective one but the new one did the same thing about a week later. As long as you keep pressure on the module, it works fine but for some reason this is a issue that i was not expecting to reoccur.

Update: I originally gave this 3 stars but after 1 month of use the belt quit working. There must be a short in the internal wiring and it only works intermittently when the belt is flexed.I received this belt and its good for the price. I'm a 30-32 waist and it fits well. The best feature is the 3 power supplies. The arm bands are tiny and if your biceps are larger than 19" they probably won't fit

After using the product for a couple of days, you can definitely tell that the muscles are sore afterwards and can feel the fat burning. It was a very worthy buy!

Fits & works as advertised. Like that I do not have to buy more pads like others.
