Refurbished, but works as new!
I am loving the Alexa experience in my shower, the speaker was something I really wanted to own being a big music fan. It uses any music service you want but since I am a prime member I stuck with amazon music, where I already had my play lists created.Only one thing I did not like about this product is it's application for IOS. I am a user of assistive technology on my iPhone called Voice Over. Set up was such a breeze, was guided so well on the set up process. I was not impressed with the sound quality of the speaker, base was a bit higher than I would like. If you listen to rock songs you would know that a balanced base is what you would expect in your listening experience.Unfortunately, the Alexa app,. on IOS when I went to the sound settings for the speaker it had a slider to adjust Trebble, Mid and Base and no preset Equalizer like Rock, Jazz, Classic, Instrumental, Hip-Pop etc. The sliders to adjust were inaccessible, so I could not adjust anything there to improve the sound experience on the speaker.Another thing that surprised me about this speaker is that it needs to be plugged in to power all the time, the other echo device is called portable where you get a battery that can be recharged. I did not know this, did not make much of a difference in the end. Planning a second purchase of the same device, it being Refurbished, did not really matter at all. It is actually a good deal and as good as new. Box will not be as per the device, but you throw away the box anyhow, so why bother?The plan now is to buy smart plugs and work up to a smart home, especially for the freaking fans in the house that have a really horrible remote. Go ahead, this is worth the money and your kids can have their own fun with games and rhymes. It will become a second parent/ teacher

Feels like Brand New
Really happy to see the refurbished product done with such a neat and clean finish. Absolutely amazing product. I am a long user of Alexa and I really like this refurbished version at affordable price

First i was in doubt to purchase the refurbished item or not but i ordered it and to my surprise it was as good as new with no markings of used product , it was comparable to brand new product and functionality wise it was performing very well

Great product good sound
Great product and can even hear if we whisper which is great for controlling lights etc which is the main reason I bought them. They are good as a speaker too.

Better take a new one not refurbished
Quality and sound quality is very niceBut this alexa will stuck into 1 specific task and does not change topic. Example if I say a song name it plays that song and if I say another song name it doesn't play that it will play what I said first song and it will stuck in that. Until I change from app .
