does what it say and keeps in place

Received a wrong product as first, which was replaced with minor delays. The quality of the product is not great. Would have done a great deal of good it had three legs instead of two.

We found that the Tom Chambers bird station leant over at an alarming angle and had a thinner pole than most. We therefore bought the stabiliser to help. It certainly has helped but there is still a certain amount of leaning over. I was rather disappointed to find that additional hooks I had to hang feeders from did not fit the Tom Chambers bird station and they don't provide them themselves. Hence, you only have the two arms of the bird station from which to hang your feeders. I wish I'd known, then I would probably have bought the larger version - fortunately we have another feeder so the birds aren't too deprived!

First strong wind and the flimsy metal bent. Not fit for purpose; don't waste your money!

Good stutdy product

Packaging of boxes was a bit creased and stick down with old tape. Normally wouldn't mind but didn't look great for a Christmas present for my dad
