My husband says this is the best beard balm he has ever used! Great price for a set of three!!

As my beard has grown longer, I find it harder to keep tamed. I have tried different beard care products and ordered the Waking Forest beard balm set because it came with three different products in one package.The balms each come in a 1 ounce tin which is about about 3/8 of an inch tall. They are relatively small which, for someone with bigger hands, makes them a bit awkward to open. The balms themselves are not hard, but not too soft making them easy to scoop out with a fingernail. After applying, my beard was easier to brush/comb to get it under control and looking neater. The balm stayed in for the entire day. After a few days of using them, I have noticed that my beard is also softer and easier to get a comb through. What I also love is that, after applying, the balms are easily rinsed off of my hands. My other balms required a brush to get them off my fingers so this is much easier to deal with. Another great feature is that the balms are very lightly or unscented. Great if you, like me, don't like to have a scent right under your nose all day.The only thing I don't like is that, outside of these small 1 oz. containers, the company doesn't offer a larger sized container even on their own site. If you find one of the three that you like better, your only option to continue using it is to buy another trio.All in all, I am very happy with the Waking Forest products, they work hold the hair well, don't overpower with heavy scents, are easy to get off your hands and have noticeably softened my beard. I do wish they offered each version of the balm in larger sizes but, at $20 (the price at the time of this review), you are getting 3 ounces of a great beard product.

This product softens the hair on my face, it makes the hair look very well groomed and taken care of.

Nice but later in the day starts to smell off and a bit raw.

I was really looking forward to using this but upon opening, I only saw one kit which was the classic one and missing the other two kits. I was very disappointed. Bad job in Quality Control. I would not be recommending this.

This has happened a few times with "wax" like products from Amazon. I'm not sure if it's stored for too long or what but the scents become hardly noticeable but the "wax" smell hangs in so they all smelled mostly like the unscented version. I threw them out as I just ordered another product that smelled amazing. Hey 5 bucks, what can you expect the packaging is nice I like the thin cans.
