These shitake mushrooms are so rare to find. I bought them in this little bundle and they are so nicely packed in these sweet little pretty reusable jars. The mushrooms are top quality, arrived in no time safely packed. Essential ingredient
These little jars of mixed dried mushrooms are essential for some dishes and I use them for other things ad lib, like gravy. The little jars can be used for storage too, so win win, how cool is that

Wash well. Can be a touch on the gritty side. Flavour is okay, but not particularly exciting. For the price though, they are okay.
