Great product. I use these as a sleep aid and also a to help with my anxiety. Only need two before bed and I see the benefits, I am able to drift off into a lovely sleep. Disappointed they've changed 100mg to 50mg
So I was a regular buyer of Vitastore " high strength " 100mg 5htp , but it seems last renewal Amazon or Vitastore ? " Buy this product Again" switched to 50mg capsules : so taking twice as many has made them not as good value as previously for me ... didn't return but won't buy again . I'm off to find a new supplier of at least 100mg .

Tried 5HPT before and they work! I would recommend them but I was advised to take them for3months then ha ve a break
