Not happy because it broke, but very satisfied with excellent customer service
Very unsatisfied. The press broke!Follow up review. The seller reached out to me after my one 1 star review and asked me to explain my problem. I did so and submitted pictures. I made modifications to the broken item and explained to the seller concerning. I felt the level of customer service was excellent which is why I’ve changed my rating of this item to four 4 stars. After making my modifications to the unit it is working well. I used aluminum plates underneath the base and strong epoxy to repair the fractured base. I drilled additional holes to secure the unit to my work surface - these modifications have proven successful to allow the press to function properly. The seller has provided excellent customer support upon listening to my complaints.

Works good light duty
We use this often and break handles often. We usually go through most of the supplied grommets before it finally breaks. It’s not really made to be used as much as we do but price is very worth it and it does work good.

Cheap and poor quality
This broke during my first use so I returned it. The metal part on the bottom literally cracked and would no longer work.
