Do these scratch or lose the copper colour over time? Thanks :)

We bought the black ones and use them all the time and hasn’t lost its colour are scratched. But can’t say for the other colours

are the handle colours white or stainless steel

The handles are stainless steel. Beautiful set of cutlery. They look more expensive than the cost. Highly recommend.

Are they dishwasher safe?

Yes I have put the cutlery set in my dishwasher many a time always come up brand new.
