Update to the update (below): This is the 4th time I've purchased "medium" black and light grey over the span over several months and, AGAIN, the medium is actually size SMALL, no matter that the tag says medium. They are clearly mislabeled. This review has ignored, I am assuming, because they continue to sell these colors in these incorrect aizes. Other colors are sized correctly (blue, dark gray, tan). Black and light grey are MISLABELED!! UPDATE: I have since tried two additional times to order black and light gray in Medium and both of those times the pants were, again, waist size SMALL (though the tag still says Medium). I also ordered the Large, as a comparison. The Large sizes feel a bit bigger in the waist than the properly fitting/sized/labeled Mediums. So, it seems as though the black and light grey don't actually come in Medium. They go from Small to Large and the Medium is Small. So, these two colors have waist size Small, Small, and Large (no real medium).I ordered 5 pairs of these pants, as pictured. I ordered all size Medium. The blue, tan, and dark grey are all the same size and fit well/as expected. The light grey and black are a waist size too small. If you look closely at the pictures you can see the waist size differences. I sent back a black pair and ordered another black pair but, again, they are a size too small. Apparently, all of the blacks (and maybe light grey) pants are mislabeled; they should be labeled as "small" instead of "medium". I like the pants but I hate to keep sending back and ordering over and over again trying to get the correct size for the black and light grey. I will consider ordering both colors in both medium and large to see if the larger happens to actually be medium. I'm hoping that the large isn't, in fact, large, as they would be too big. I understand that mistakes happen and this looks to be a problem with the current Mier stock in these two colors, at least. I'm not happy that I have to continually order and return multiple items with the hope that I will eventually get a correct size. They need to check their stock and relabel any that are erroneous.

Very flexible and light… great summer weight

9% polyester, 10% Spandex, good attention to detail, shaped legs requiring intricate stitching pattern, double stitching where needed. They are very stretchy and cool (it's 87° where I am writing this). Like many pants I have reviewed, these come with more room in the seat and pelvic zone than I am accustomed to, but not to the extent the TSA will flag me for likely contraband. Still, those who are built like a bowling pin will appreciate the extra room and generous elastic, and people who play golf are not likely to get their accoutrements tangled up in their drawers on the downswing.I think they look fairly decent on me, and they are very comfortable. I doubt anybody is looking at my backside (or, for that matter, the frontside) anyhow.

The material feels great and I like the pockets provided, but it runs smaller than the size guide indicates. I ordered a small based on the guide, but I'm reordering a medium instead.

Don't buy this color! The khaki color is see through and looks like shirt fabric ( so thin ).Other colors navy and black are working out great.This was a costly return as I had to pay shipping.
