This review is for the yellow (2), green, pink, and black warmers. I would like to preface this review with the fact that I was looking for something to heat up some wax cube melts in my office. Then I found out about candle warming. Which is great, because it poses no fire hazard as lighting a wick would. I've compared many candle warmers but this one won by a lot. I drink tea around 2-4 times a day while in my office and this also opened my eyes to having warm tea I could sip on. Gone are the days of cold tea and trotting back and forth from the break room to heat up my tea!! (Pros/Cons + Important note below)Pros:- It has 3 heat options. Trust me, this is enough.- 6 timer settings.- YES, an entire Bath and Body Works / White Barn candle fits!- The gravity stand-by safety feature was a huge selling point for me.- The square shape assures me that my drink or candle won’t fall off.- The price is affordable!!!- Lastly, the color YELLOW!Cons:- None. Not even the “short” cord has deterred me.- Other reviews have mentioned the buttons being finicky, but I don’t entirely agree. It’s not enough of a hassle for me to return the product. I’ve bought 5 of these warmers, I think that says enough…I absolutely fell in love with this immediately on the first day. I didn’t know I’d fall so hard. I bought four more that night! Another yellow one for my room, a mint green one for a friend, pink for her mom, and another in black for my mom. Why? It keeps my beverage warm, sometimes even real hot, I have to lower it down to 130 degrees (the lowest heat setting) lol! It heats up pretty fast! A whole brandnew candle can be heated up entirely within 30 minutes or so on the 170 degrees setting. When looking for an appliance to heat up my wax cubes/candles, I saw some people say they prefer a lamp to heat a candle from the top down, but with this heater, I would say this is even better since it is multifunctional and not limited to just candle warming. Overall, if you’re looking for an affordable, thoughtful, and practical gift that WILL be used, this is it!If you’re one to forget about lighting candles or want your drink warm throughout your shift or next to your bedside, this is a GREAT product at such a great price. Literally a steal! I would suggest, if you know for a fact you’re going to be preoccupied or away from the candle, to set a timer and heat preference right as you set your bevvy or candle on top. I’m always nearby, so I don’t necessarily have to worry. But if you’re worried, I think the timers really come in handy. I also have felt that my candles and waxes last so long compared to when I used to light candle wicks. It’s so much fun and easy being able to try different kinds of fragrances without dealing with any soot, mess, and smoke after!!!Make sure when using this apparatus for wax melts, to use a ceramic dish (a clean, empty candle container works), and if you’re smart, a silicone or thick disposable cupcake liner within that dish. This allows for an easy clean-up, and the ability to pop out the wax once it’s been cooled down! Very thin, paper cupcake liners will not work– the wax will seep through. I’ve included pictures.IMPORTANT: Please make sure you remove any labels on the bottom of beverage cups and/or candles!!! They will melt, and get stuck onto the heating plate. Rest assured, it can be cleaned with Isopropyl alcohol. I think I even used Goo-Off on a stubborn melted label as well. Be safe, and try to do this when the plate has cooled down a bit, using a cotton rag or something that won't melt onto the plate.

I drink my coffee slowly. It's what I do. But having to heat it up in the microwave twenty times a day (I work from home) was getting tiresome. After reading poor reviews of some other more expensive mug warmers, I decided to save my money and try an affordable one first, rather than shell out $100 for a hot plate. I paid $13.99 for this, color pink. It's amazing!!! I cannot imagine what an expensive one would do better. Several heat settings (the highest keeps my coffee too hot, so I use the next one down), a timer, and better yet it shuts off on it's own after there's no mug on it for 4 hours. I love that. Highly recommend!

This device has an excellent appearance. Plus, it maintains heat very well, and the automatic shutoff feature works. That's all 5-star; however, there are two, important to me, issues that are bothersome.The surface of the heat pad is very smooth to the point of being slick. Because of this a cup can potentially slip around if bumped, possibly causing a hot liquid spill. A rubber, pebbled, or similar surface could eliminate sliding.The two control icons, heat level and off timer, do not consistently work when tapped. Rarely does one tap, or even two, get a response. Often several taps are needed. This is annoying!The power cord could be maybe 6-8 inches longer, but I don't consider that a flaw.Given the comparatively low price, the fact that the heat management works so well, it is a good buy.

I an now working with my replacement warmer because I felt the first one was next to impossible to turn on and so the second one is worse. Now, the heater portion itself keeps your beverage very hot but getting it turned on and regulating the temperature is next to impossible. I liked the original one they made as I have turned that into an extra one for now, and will look for a new warmer that is not so difficult to turn on and regulate the temperature.

Most of the cup warmers don't warm just maintain the temperature. This one really works and can warm and keep it warm. Be careful, don't clean the surface too hard, it will effect the feature of detecting the cup and auto turn-off/on.

3/13/24 update: my review is for the 2022 version, which looks nothing like the product on this page now. The old version still works great with daily use.7/25/23 update: I've been using this cup warmer regularly for over a year now. It works on all my coffee cups - even the larger and oddly shaped ones. I use the second temperature setting (158°), which keeps my coffee and tea plenty hot. The higher setting is too hot for me. If yours doesn't keep your cup very warm, return it for a replacement, as this doesn't seem normal. The timer works well, and the capacitive buttons always register my touch. The delay I mentioned below hasn't been an issue. We own two and use them regularly and are very happy with this purchase. Upgrading to five stars.Original Review: I looked at several alternatives and settled on this warmer because of its features. I liked it so much I bought a second one. I usually use the second heat setting but I'm glad there is one higher for flexibility. I like that the timer works without the need to set it each time. I keep mine set at 2 hours just in case I forget to turn it off. It is a little annoying that the auto-off timer requires a 1-second delay in between button presses. The temperature button changes instantly when pressed. But that's a minor issue because I don't need to change it much. I was initially concerned with the part where the cup sits being plastic but so far it's been fine, except that I have had to learn to tilt my cup slightly when picking cups up or else the warmer sometimes sticks to them. Is it because the hot plastic becomes pliable? I don't know. I also like the silicone element cover which I use for cold drinks while I'm waiting for the warmer to cool down after I've turned it off. Overall a good purchase!

My product did not work. It worked the first time and then never again. Warmer felt cheap for the price.

The media could not be loaded. While it’s only the first day using it, I wish I’d purchased this sooner! Great little device, keeps the drinks warm for as long as you need to finish drinking them. One thing I need to mention is the enclosed instructions say you can scroll through the heat settings to manually turn it off but that doesn’t work. You need to press and hold the button for a few seconds to shut it off. Haven’t left it alone long enough to allow the auto shut off to kick in. This warmer is easy to use and does the job! Nice design, looks great on the desk. Might also be useful to keep a bowl of soup warm. Overall, pleased with this purchase and have already ordered a second as a gift.

The touch screen is very easy to use and convenient. Comes with a cover for the heat plate when not in use. It really does keep coffee hot!

I am using it at work my coffee stays warm or hot all the day ,easy to use ,excellent product I will get more to give it to my daughters on their birthdays .
