Excellent
I have been having extreme foot pain for a couple months now. Working on my feet all day. Tried new shoes I was in tears last week with the pain. I found these and I have wore them on my one bad foot now for 24 hour. And omg what a difference. I can't feel the pain anymore . I am leaving them off for to igbt but will wear them again tomorrow working. But wow. I'm amazed. Diffentally recommend. I dont normally review on things either but hoping this will help others in my shoes

Somewhat pricey Plantar Fasciitis pain relief
I read many reviews before buying/ receiving my 1st pair 2 weeks ago (Sept. 15, 2020). Since then I’ve bought 5 more pairs. I would love to get more, but they’re so pricey.I’ve worked retail for over 15 years. Logged many hours in high heels and used to pound the pavement (road runner vs treadmills etc.). Needless to say, I’ve had terrible plantar fasciitis and general foot pain for years.I searched on my own and got fitted for quality supportive shoes (Brooks running shoes and Dansko for daily use, and Mephisto for nicer looking options). When it was really bad, I would literally crawl on my hands and knees to get around the house. And yes. Despite my high pain tolerance, eyes would water due to the pain. This while popping 800mg+ a day of ibuprofen, icing, and little massage balls for the feet. The podiatrist I saw said I was basically SOL (s*** out of luck), and only offered the band-aid of cortisone injections.Tried the orig. Strassburg Sock, knock-off version of the Strassburg sock, smaller night splints, and giant robot leg boot splints. The giant boot splints worked the best. But for someone who runs hot, side sleeper, and lives in hot Southern California, it really isn’t ideal to wear the big bulky boot splints overnight. And the boot splints don’t help the other 16+ hours I’m awake and about. For the first time in over a decade, I can go through a day without terrible plantar fasciitis pain. Because of these socks. I love these. I wear one pair all day long, and wear a fresh pair overnight.I measured my arch (and included a photo of that). I wear women’s size 9 running shoes (but 7.5 in sandals/heels) because my feet while long, are somewhat narrow (width from side to side) and have a shallow/low profile (from top of the foot down to the sole). That’s why I appreciate that this manufacturer makes different sized socks and included arch measurements in addition to shoe sizing for size reference. I ordered these socks in a medium. They’re comfortably snug. Like the best hug. But for your foot.Cons: price. I obviously saw other sellers here on amazon selling similar socks. I tried one. BLITZU. It is uncomfortably tight at both ends of the socks, yet not supportive through the arch. And despite being so tight, still managed to move and curl at the ends when worn with sandals or sneakers. These SB SOX are way better. They also feel sturdier. I worry I will tear the other brand when trying to put on and take off. But these cost so much more. And every day, the price of these SB SOX goes up. Very disappointing. Also, I included a photo to try to show, but one of these socks is now stained. It’s hard to see in the photo, but pretty obvious in person. I realize stained coloring doesn’t impair the efficacy, but it’s not cheap and I don’t think it should be so easily stained. I’m also concerned that these might stretch out/loosen over time and lose efficacy due to that. I’m hoping that doesn’t occur (or at least not for many many months).I’d like to also add, in the last two weeks, I’ve gone from doing about 6 miles a week on the elliptical, to doing 28-32 miles a week. And despite the dramatic uptick in activity, with the help of these socks, experiencing minimal foot pain.Don’t get me wrong— they haven’t magically stopped all pain. But for the first time in a decade, I feel like I can casually decide to go to a grocery store without planning my day around it to avoid hobbling and limping through the aisles.SB Sox — please feel free to send me any free socks. ;) Please also consider offering a bulk purchase discount or bundle. 15% off 3 pairs or more isn’t helpful especially when the price has gone up every two days. (Note: I have personally purchased all of my SB SOX.)

They help with pain
I have plantar fasciitis in my right foot. I put this on, and I'm able to do the things I need to do for the day and without it, I can't. This brace came recommended and I'm very glad I tried it.

Go up one size
I love these socks but found that with more activity I wish I sized up. If sitting, doing crafts or something sedentary ... or with feet up, the compression from your regular size may feel pretty good.

These really work!
After 1 week of wearing these my pain has almost vanished. I'm amazed at how well they work. They are very comfortable and can easily be worn with shoes. The pink is a great color too!

Helps but not 100% for foot pain
These are very comfortable to wear. Nice and tight and do help with heel pain. I have noticed a difference when I wear them and the next morning.

Foot Pain Be Gone
I have plantar fasciitis and after work there are times when I can barely walk. This is the second pair I have bought and I will continue buying this product because it eliminates my pain almost immediately.

No need for sleeves that cost twice as much, these are well made and proving very effective in relieving the pain of plantar's.
A couple of months back I purchased a different pair of the same kind of compression sleeves for my partner who suffers from plantar fasciitis. These helped, but she wouldn't wear them outside of the house as they are shocking pink. A black pair of the same sleeves cost considerably more, probably as pink is the least popular colour. So, being something of a cheapskate, I started looking around for a cheaper black pair and came across these. Happy to report that as well as being £6 cheaper than the other black pair I was looking at, they are also equally as effective. The fit, size S, was perfect for her and she's already started wearing them out of the house as well as in. The mere fact that she has stopped complaining about the pain every five minutes speaks volumes for how good these actually are. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat.

Poor Support
I have size 10 feet, I ordered two pairs of these socks in large and find they don't offer much support. I ordered these because from the advert they seemed to offer the same support and relief as the Fit Nation socks I have but in a range of colours. The Fit Nation socks offer more support particularly in the arch area and ease the discomfort in my feet more. Fit Nation socks incorporate a variety of different weave patterns to target particular areas of the foot. This review is purely my experience of owning socks by SB Sox and Fit Nation I have no affiliation with either brand.

Consider a bigger size
I suffer with plantar fascia on and off and was having a pretty bad spell so decided to give these a try. I’m a size six foot so ordered the medium. I put them on as soon as they arrived and they did fit although they felt quite tight . I did find some relief across the four hours I wore them but after that time they were so tight it was becoming very uncomfortable and I was getting pins and needles. So over the next ten days I wore them every day for a few hours and in particular when I was doing a lot of walking. After this time my plantar fascia was very much better. Now I also used my insoles designed for the condition which I know help and maybe it was the combination of the two that settled things down. I just would have liked these to be comfortable enough to keep on all day. So they are ok but if I bought more I’d go for the bigger size.

Just buy them!
Have to admit, I don't often post reviews. I buy so much stuff online I'd spend all my free time writing reviews. And what does it matter if it's online or not? You don't write a review when you go to Tescos. So for me to bother, it must be worth it.I've had planar fasciitis for twenty years. Had x-Rays and stuff, the only thing that really has any effect is compression strapping. But it has to be right. Thick elasticated ankle braces work, but they are bulky and sweaty. Polypropylene doesn't work. Most thin socks don't work. They don't have the right level of compression. So you buy smaller, and then they're too tight. But these do. Maybe not dramatically, but they're thin and comfortable enough to wear all day, and after a few days, the effect is noticeable. Worth persevering with. And if you feel you sometimes need more support, stick them over your socks instead of under!Certainly the best I've tried, and a great price too. I'll be getting more.

Fixed foot problem
Like most people, lock down has meant being at home wearing slippers more often. After a few weeks of this, I developed a very painful sole, in the area between my heel and the pad of my foot. I could hardly walk on it and discovered a lump in that area.Dr Google suggested doom and gloom, however "plantar fasciitis" was also a frequent suggestion. This appears to be caused by problems with a band of tissue between your heel and toes which becomes inflamed and causes pain. One of the reasons is wearing footwear with poor support - slippers!Treatment suggested compression socks, massage balls and stretching exercises. So, I purchased these socks and a pair of massage balls. The pain relief when first putting on the sock was instant! It is very important to measure your foot properly before your purchase. Use a cloth tape, put your foot on it and measure around the highest part of your foot (your instep).I can now report, two months after purchasing these that the lump is gone and the pain is also completely gone.I suggest that to avoid this condition, wear trainers instead of slippers around the house and exercise your feet regularly (walking, stretching your toes, massage your soles).
