I've been using the Hanes boxer briefs for years and as I've gotten older I've run into a problem. THOSE underwear are too tight in the waist and leg relative to the size, and the giant hard seams cut into things quite painfully when sitting down in a car or sleeping at night. So I've been looking for an alternative.Other underwear like this are so thin that they don't adequately absorb moisture from sweat and and so tight they can be uncomfortable. These...are neither.Bamboo is an underutilized clothing material. It's very soft after processing and incredibly strong. I've had bamboo bedsheets and they were the coolest, softest, best I've ever used bar none. These underwear are undoubtedly also the best I've ever used. Why the 4 stars then?While these underwear are wonderfully comfortable, don't have giant hard seams that dig into your skin and nether bits, and stay cool, they are also thin, almost inadequately so. They are also crazy expensive. They cost about TRIPLE what a package of Hanes will cost you.So, yes, they are good. VERY good. But the thickness needs to go up and the cost needs to come down. Somehow.Oh yeah, and they ride up. Everything does that's a boxer brief.

Sweat wicking. Makes for a great drink. Holds the boys together during all activities. Pulls the hottest babes. They love the black (edgy). Don’t just buy 1 set. The Whole wardrobe needs this. So i bought these specifically looking for clothing for my new job as grounds keeper at a baseball stadium.1) first i love bamboo as a material. Its' more durable and its softer. Started with bed sheets and am all into buying bamboo ovber cotton clothing now too.2) Bamboo is cooling (my first purchase was bamboo blanket as a cooling blanket.. MAN DOES IT WORK) for those hot days out in the sun working on the baseball field.3) I wanted something water/moisture wicking or resistant b/c I was told working baseball gounds crew is "very wet, cold, and miserable"- so all i imaigned was bogged and weighted down clothes and mierable wet cold. Enter water proof/resistant socks, shorts, patns, shirts, shoes, and of course.. underwear.Bamboo is very comfy and soft and cool material- you'll love it over any other clothing material or just any material for any home use that touches your skin (bed sheets, blankets, etc.)Even through torrential flooding downpours and sloshing through puddles pulling the tarp on/off for games and practice, etc. I never felt a chill or wetness wearing these. Now, an argument can be made that the rain coats, moisture wicking under shirt, waterproof/resistant patns and shorts and socks and gloves had something to do with that too- but the intense work on a baseball field also meant I was sweating a lot and I never once felt uncomfortable underneath...Love these things that I made a 2nd purchase to get more. Pretty sure as I replace old underwear or want new ones, I will contin ue to go thie route for good.OH.. last endorsement. Also turns out even on off days when I dont' need the "performance" i bought these for, I find myself preferring and reaching for these rather than nay other underw3ar i own just because they are that comfortable, soft, etc.

I originally bought two 4-packs of Mediums and they are amazing! Fit perfectly with a very comfy, soft waist band. Liked them so much I bought another 4-pack of Medium. This pack fit totally different. Waistband was stiff, sharp and tight. Very uncomfortable. Figured I just got a bad batch. I sent them back and ordered another pack. Same thing....stiff, sharp and tight. Sent them back also. I just ordered another 4-pack...and I'll keep doing it till I find a pack that fits like the first batch. These really are amazing, but quality control on sizing can be an issue.
