Olfi OneFive Remote & Wrist Strap

The build quality seems good, case works well, buttons and menu simple but effective. However the sensor in mine sucked. Mid to low light were terribly grainy. It also had artifact defects, which made it look like there was a Snapchat filter on it all the time with 'stars' floating around. Sent mine back as the picture quality wasn't bearable. For the price that it's at, it is probably would I should have expected, but this is in no way a quality competitor to GoPro.The Gyro feature did seem really effective- hopefully they can fix the sensor issue soon.

I can't imagine any less than 5 star reviews for this camera. I haven't owned a GoPro but this surely is as good or better. Slick website, great workmanship, helpful and responsive customer service (over email). And the functionality and image quality have been very satisfying. This is one camera that handles several modes of operation very well. Underwater shots at an Oregon fishery are amazing. Sound pick-up is good.I've been using mine for 1-1/2 months in Car Mode and I'm very pleased. I enjoy just watching my 'evidentiary' videos from the SD card. Smooth stabilized capture, 1080p at 60fps, great HDR color. In fact, I should probably put a ring on it.

So far the camera is working pretty well for my expectations (occasionally used during MTB rides and underwater conditions). The quality is acceptable when shooting and very very good for videos, remember that this cameras depend on light conditions.I'm not sure how a extreme sports person would classify it but for me its perfect.

Works pretty well though I expected it to be water proof and it is not :P

An 'affordable' alternative if you are looking at buying a goPro, BUT there are similar or better more affordable options out there.Pros:-Nice build quality-Nice case - have not tested if waterproof-easy menu system-many video/photo settings-cheaper than a gopro-decent customer supportcons:-NOT a go pro - you miss out on the go pro app, editing software, and community support-you have to explain to everyone what it is and why you bought it instead of a go pro-more expensive than similar options offering the same features-Wide angle is TOO MUCH. Go pro is 122 Deg FOV while Olfi is 166 which is just stupid-4K video is terrible. It's advertised at 24 fps but I get maybe 5 FPS. Have checked with support and they even sent a replacement camera to me under warranty, but it's the same thingAll in all, no I would not purchase this again or recommend it.I would either buy the gopro session (cube thing) to get in with the gopro crowd or if you are set on this style camera with LCD and buttons check out the SJcam lineup. The M20 camera is identical to this one and $119 - wish I had tried this one instead but now am stuck with the Olfi and can't return cause they are UK based!

Go pro slaying camera worth the money and uses Go pro mounts. Why pay more? 4K quality and sturdy little camera comes with nice case too.

Partner really enjoys using the Olfi. It's simple to use and the accessories are a reasonable price unlike Go Pro.

Unfortunately this model lacks support of an external mic. Everything else is good.
