Dr. Martens Core 1460 Mono Smooth, Unisex Adults' Boots

My second pair of Dr Marten boots, with al the comfort you would expect from DM, and the great prize from Amazon. The White boots really stand out and make a statement. They look great with jeans especially worn with contrasting dark colours for a bold look, or a washed out colour for a moden style.In my opinion the boots look better once they've lost the 'new shinny' look to the leather and have a little age A character the leather.The boot has the comfort sole which is slightly wider bigger then the Made in England version, some people have said they have had to buy a size smaller to get a good fit but I find my normal size is ok. I've had no problems breaking in the boots and they have been very comfortable straight out of the box. I do wear a thicker sock with any boots. Touch wood no blisters. They look to be made very well, and they feel sturdy. I look forward to getting many years of use from these boots.

It might sound a little cliched now, but Dr. Martens are THE boots for making a statement in this bland, boring time. Whether brandished by Punks, Skinheads, Grunge fans and others they are one of the big symbols of rebellion and personal revolution. If you wore docs YOU were the one setting the trend and standing out amongst the crowd.It's sad that they are being hijacked by modern-day millennial fashionistas who care more about following the trend and their own vanity/narcissism than the amazing cultural history a well worn pair of Doc's have. Honestly I've read comments about millennial girls freaking out about their feet being too big thus making their docs look like 'clown shoes'. They'll never 'get' it. People wore/wear Doc's because they didn't give a damn about prissy vanity/fashion or what others thought of their appearance. It's sad that the company is creating versions that are clearly tainting/gentrifying the brand.I've had my pair for a while now and they are a living, breathing record of my own personal experiences. I've worn them on rain soaked treks through forests to some of the best gigs I've ever been to, nights out with mates and everything in between. They are an extension of my personality that will last for YEARS to come (they are that well built!)It's true what some say, I'd recommend ordering a size smaller than what you usually wear as mine were far too big (I had to return them for an exchange) and yes, they will TORTURE YOUR FEET for about a month as they break in. The good news is that after they've broken in, I guarantee they'll be the comfiest shoes/boots you've ever worn.

These Dr. Martens boots are the bomb! They look cool as heck and are built like tanks. Seriously, I've kicked around in them for more than 3 months, and they still look brand new. Plus, they're super comfy thanks to that cushioned sole – perfect for all-day wear. Whether I'm rocking jeans or dressing up a bit, these boots complete the look. Definitely worth every penny!

I bought the £60 black boots from Amazon. The boots aren't made in England, but don't let that put you off. This is still a good, quality pair of Dr. Martens that will last for years. They fit perfectly and were comfortable instantly. I would've given 5 stars if they had the place of manufacture on the listing.

Love my Dr Martin boots ,got a black pair & cherry red ,so smart & comfortable they will last a lifetime, only downside to them is I can't find the cherry red shoe polish ,anyone know

Genuine Docs - come in the right box with the correct markings + labels and quality control sticker. High quality boots, softer more supple leather than my last pair. I go half a size up and wear thick socks and don't have trouble with breaking them in; they're comfy out the box. These aren't a line made in the UK so do recommend an insole to protect the inside and proper care of the leather.

I don't like anything about the boots I received. They are supposed to be Dr martens but everything in my opinion screams they are not. Although the packaging is convincing. When I took a boot out of the box it had no weight to it that was just the start. The material didn't look or feel or smell like new leather apart from the tongue. But I can't say it isn't either as the inside of the boot has a lining, which I never knew Dr. Martens did this. Their.was no yellow stitching, with the original boot they always had yellow stitching. The only place on the boot to state they were Dr martens was on the sole of the boot.There is a tag on the boot but it is blank,I have seen that with their boots. Also there is nothing inside the boot to say they are Dr martens genuine boots. However my hubby still likes them and wants to keep them. Me I would seriously think again about buying from this company. Actually unless it has erased every doubt in my mind I will not buy from them again.BUYER BEWARE !!!Update to order.The company that sold the Dr martens boots that I ordered have sent a replacement product out to me, I hope they are what I ordered this time.To the company thank you.I hope to update this with a more positive review when I receive the new boots.

Lovely boots but unfortunately not the boots I thought I was ordering.

I have never seen pure-white docs before, when I found them I thought it was too good to be true. Im a cosplayer and I needed white shoes that I could wear with my outfits for multiple days straight without wanting to saw my feet off by the end of comicon. These were exactly what I wanted. Beautiful, stiff, comfortable, and all the quality you expect out of docs. 10/10 would recommend- as long as you get a white shoe polish to keep the leather clean

Great quality boot, defiantly needs breaking in so plan to wear it a few times before it feels comfortable.

These boots are perfect!

A lot of people were saying they were tight and always size up. I did this and had to return them. Did not fit the wife, she had a space of three (3) fingers between her toes and the toe box. Keep in mind she's an 8.5 and sized up to a 9. I returned the boots hassle-free and ordered the correct size. Now she is happy and I'm getting a special treat!
