Whats to say..!!!!...Apart from omgh, this cinnamon spice is really lovely,Used correctly & it will add great flavour to your food from sweet to savoury,It has a slight spice heat to it, & smells really good,Just be careful you don't add to much as to much .....It was in a little air tight bag which you can then put into a air tight container to keep it out of harm way,As moisture will really ruin it as well a direct sunlight,I found this cinnamon to be a good quality & not sweet.....I will be buying more when needed thats for sure.....
