A bit fiddly to assemble as instruction were not clear. First attempt was upside down but worth persevering with. Very happy and highly recommend.

This product is a must for anyone who is trying to work their inner core and tummy area. It’s easy to use and does what it is needed to do. It’s built well and i recommend this to anyone who feels they need to tone their abs.

Very bad, the hand guard on the wheel has been used for more than a week, and it is bent when pushed. I am very unhappy.

Comes in bits and partial assembly required. Easy enough to do.Year easy to use. Ideal for women but a bit narrow for men. Elbow supports could be about another 4 to 6 inches wider for men.The mat is also narrow. Again could be at least 50% wider for men.

Sorry but I have to change my review on this item the first one broke after only a few days. I reported it to the seller they was very helpful and sent me a replacement one . . It arrived safely on the 11th of July used it jn the gym and it broke again today 28th of July. So needles to say I will not buy again. Zero stars.

Had it for just under a month thought the item was great. really felt the results but then breaks whist have way through my set
