I purchased my faucet in sept 2019. My aerator got stuck and broke when I removed it to clean. I contacted TimeArrow, the manufacturer and they were outstanding in resolving my problem. I couldn’t find the same type of aerator in the big box stores or on Amazon. A new one was shipped. Took 9 days to get here but U.S. postal service may have removed the paperwork and sent it to be. I contacted TimeArrow again and requested another replacement. The next day, the original aerator arrived. Why it got separated is beyond me. I reached out to TimeArrow to cancel the replacement to the replacement. If not, I will get an extra one. Jackie and Max at TimeArrow were very kind and helped me out. Much appreciation for their efforts and all others involved. Thank you!!!The faucet continues to work perfectly. Highly recommend.

I bought three of these for bathroom renovations. My thoughts:The Faucets: They look nice and work reasonably well. They flex visibly when you turn on the water, which makes me wonder about long term durability. Also, one of the aerators seems to be defective and shoots a bit of sideways spray. I've removed it, cleaned it, tightened it to various torques, etc. but nothing seems to completely resolve the problem.The Drains: None of the three held water and one leaked under the sink even with copious amounts of plumber's putty. I had to replace all of them with Pfister units (also from Amazon), adding to the installed cost.The Instructions: It appears that they tell you to put the faucet washers on in the wrong order--i.e. the rubber one goes on first.The Warranty: There's nothing in the box that says anything about a warranty or that provides contact information for company. They also seem to have no presence on the Internet. I'd like a couple aerators but how would I go about that? What if one of the units fails after the Amazon return window? Who would I call?So, overall, I'm not sure I'd go this route again. Maybe they'll hold up. Maybe they won't. If/when they go bad I'll replace them with something from a known manufacturer.UPDATE 1/11/18: TimeArrow's customer service reached out to me after reading my review. They said that they are fixing their instructions and including their contact/warranty information on them, as well as checking on their drain supply problems. Finally, they answered my request for a new aerator by immediately sending an entire new unit. So, in light of all that, I've upgraded their review from two to four stars.

This review is not so much about the product itself as the company - TimeArrow. The product is decent enough for the price and plumber had no problems installing. However, about 3 months after I purchased it, the handles became more difficult to turn. I didn't think anything of it at first, but over time, it became apparent that something was wrong with them. At first, I was disappointed when I saw that TimeArrow's return policy was only 90 days -- thinking that I missed the window to return/exchange by not acting promptly and that I was going to have to pay for an entire new faucet (in which case I would've looked elsewhere). But TimeArrow's customer service rep did not hesistate to remedy the situation to my satisfaction -- even though it was already past their 90 day deadline (in my defense, the problem arose before 90 days, but I didn't act fast enough and didn't report the problem until after the 90 days). While the faucet could've been repaired with just replacement faucet handles, TimeArrow said it would take several weeks for those to arrive -- and because I needed the repairs done much sooner than that, TimeArrow actually went ahead and sent out two brand new complete faucets. Now that's customer service and a company that stands by its products. I received the replacement faucets and I was able to make the repairs timely. So while the product didn't quite live up to expectations, the Five Stars are for TimeArrow's customer service. Thank you again.

Love the look of a high-end faucet, at a great price. Installation was fairly easy, but may depend on what type of set up you have. We had a small space to work with so it was a little tight getting in there to get everything tight. We haven’t had long enough to determine durability/ longevity, but other than, it’s a great faucet.

I originally bought this faucet in sept 2019, it looks beautiful and worked great until we started to have a problem with the hot water valve...it would not turn off unless you kept turning water back on and then turning it off again. I contacted Time Arrow directly and within a few hours I got a response and two days later I received a whole new faucet, through Amazon. Unfortunately the new faucet arrived in black, which is beautiful, but did not match the other fixtures in my bathroom. I reached out to Time Arrow again and they told me I could keep or give away the black faucet and they would resend another faucet...long story short, I now have 3 new black faucets because Amazon has incorrectly labeled them at the warehouse and Time Arrow has promised to send me a brushed nickel faucet directly from their factory to make sure I receive the correct faucet. Best customer service ever!

AFTER POSTING THIS REVIEW DETAILING MY ISSUE WITH THE FAUCET I HEARD FROM THE COMPANY.MY FAUCET WILL BE REPLACED. I'M VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE PROMPT REPLY AND THE REPLACEMENT. MAX WAS RESPONSIVE AND EASY TO DEAL WITH. I'M SO HAPPY WITH THIS AS I LOVE THE DESIGN- LOOKS GREAT WITH MY NEW VANITY AND MARBLE TOP.I very much like the design of this faucet. However within 2 months of install the left valve stem had issues. It was impossible to shut off the flow of hot water. I paid for it to be serviced, and it was fine for another few months, but again, the valve needs to be serviced. The repair person indicated the small disk inside the stem is not held in place properly to stop the flow of water, and will continue to have issues. I need to have this resolved or will need to replace the faucet.

The parts to attach the hoses are not made well the plastic part broke on 2 of 4 faucets ordered. The push up pop up drain is also not constructed well and 1 piece broke during installation. Still waiting for customer service to call back. Once installed it looks nice. 2 faucets need the replacement parts before they will work and I have to pay the plumber twice now as he will have to come back once someone gets back to me on the broken pieces
