The genuine Oticon Wax Guards work great. The genuine ones have the Oticon logo on the front. The non-genuine ones have identical packaging and they make it difficult to see the package front in their product photos, so be careful. The text can be misleading because they describe their wax guards as Oticon, but that does not mean they are Oticon-made. I purchased a non-Oticon pack by mistake and they did not fit well, were missing wax guards, etc. They are cheaper but stay away.

These hearing aid wax guards are from the manufacturer, so they work correctly. Worth a little extra money not to deal with a Chinese knock-off.

I ordered these believing that they were the real product. When they arrived I noticed that the package was different - it says "Prowax" but does not say Oticon on it anywhere and even. the illustration inside is different. When I went to use them, the post to remove the used one from the hearing aide is too big to go in the hole. So I tried a second one from another one of the packages, and it was also too. I believe that these are counterfit.

Somewhat expensive and disappointed in the failure rate to adhere to the speaker. Failure rate is approximately one in every three or four attempts to plant the wax guard into the speaker. Not operator error but production cycle.
