Works just fine, well priced. Used to connect the modem to the wall point.
Reviewed March 2024:Bought this because I think I damaged the connector cable that was provided by my ISP.Fibre optics cables are quite brittle. The one supplied by by ISP was quite long, and I was trying to tidy up the mess of cables and I thought I felt/heard the snap of breaking fibre optics.Thank fully I was still connected but after a few Speed Test checks, it seems like by bandwidth was now reduced by about 25%.I looked around online and found this that was very well priced, was a shorter cable, and I have the safety net of Amazon returns if it didn't solve the problem.Thankfully it did, and once I switched out the cable and then repeated the Speed Test checks, I'm back up to the expected bandwidth.As a reference, I'm a HeyBroadband customer, and this is the cable that is used to connect the small black 'modem' to the wall point. Note that the plugs on the cable are slotted, they can only fit into the sockets on the wall unit and the modem when properly lined up.Hope I don't need to buy any more, but it certainly did the trick.

Useful little fibre cable
My fibre modem is next to the inlet port on the wall and came with a very long cable which had to be coiled up and looked a mess. This is just what I needed - a short cable which looks much neater and tidy, instead of a long excessive amount of unneeded cable.

Take care this is a very short cable not like indicated in the picture.
This is a very short cable.Although upon re reading the advert, it stated 0.3 m. however, the image shows the 5 meter cable.

Used to connect fiber cable joining box to main box
After learning these cables are fragile and not to be bent, I ordered one of these cables to replace an old one fitted by the telecom company. Did the job and not the internet is back and working again. Do not bend them, they are full of fibres, ironically and obviously! :)
