So glad I ordered it! I’ve only used it a few times so far but I love it. Lightweight and easy to use, and charge. And it actually picks up dust on the floor! Works great on pet hair on the floor and most other things. Didn’t work so well on a cushion that was quite hairy lol, but I was asking a lot of it. I would absolutely recommend!

I have a lot of tile flooring in my house. I wanted a stick vac to use in between big floor cleanings. I've had this one for 1 day. This one does a good job picking up dog hair, dust, and other bits on my tile. I love how light weight it is (my mom's stick vac is heavier yet nice - I'm sure it works decent on carpet and she paid way more). IMO this is not a carpet cleaner! I am impressed by the maneuverability of the head and it's been decades since my cleaner has had "head lights" - I like that. I love the way this stick vac stands on its own and has a charger cord instead of a charger base. It will take up little space while being stored.

Overall, a good purchase. Very easy to use and does well on hard floors. Not so great on carpet. Poor suction, but it's still better than sweeping! The cordless feature was a must for me and I absolutely love it. It can bend to slide underneath your furniture which is a very cool feature I didn't even know I needed until I noticed all the dust under my TV cabinet while sitting on the couch. There are two power options, and full power is definitely necessary if you want to pick up any pet hair or dust bunnies. The lower power setting is useless. Vac doesn't handle larger debris very well, so don't throw out your broom just yet! This vac won't pick up twigs or any piece of paper larger than a dime.

This unit was extremely easy to put together. I love that it stands up on its own and the charging cord plugs directly into the unit instead of having a bulky battery to pull on and off to charge. It seems to be lighter weight since it doesn't have a battery pack too. Also love the 90 degree pole feature. Makes it super easy to vacuum under the couches and entertainment center. I'm using this unit on the daily since I have pet birds and they drop seeds and feathers around their cages. It's much easier to keep up with when you don't have to drag out the big vacuum all the time.

I recently purchased the Prettycare W400 cordless vacuum. When it arrived, I spread the pieces out and noticed a small light blue piece had fallen to the floor. Upon further inspection I saw that it should be attached half way down the bendable wand. Right where the wand bends there were wires exposed and the small plastic cover would not attach because it had broken off on one side.I sent an email Prettycare and within 24 hours I had a response. I emailed a couple pictures of the broken piece hoping they would replace the part. It was a pleasant surprise when they said they would deliver another new vacuum from the Amazon warehouse and that I could keep the broken one for parts if needed. Now, because the damage to the vacuum was only cosmetic, I have two working vacuums. One for inside my home and the other for my garage.In terms of performance, it has worked well. The suction is not as strong as a corded stick vacuum I have or as my mom's cordless Dyson but it is still strong enough to work well enough in my carpeted bedroom and up my carpet stairs. It may struggle if you have a lot of long dog hair, shag carpet, or if the carpet is covered in dust bunnies from not being cleaned often enough.I use it mostly on my tile and laminate flooring or if I spill something and don't want to drag out my full side vacuum. For the price, it does a fantastic job. And because of their great customer service, there is a good chance I would purchase from Prettycare again in the future.

Good suction - easy to maneuver - light very useful - good size - easy to empty. A little difficult to get the attachment for using by hand off. Love that it is cordless.

This vacuum is amazing! Very affordable! Easy to assemble, excellent suction. We have all hardwood and laminate flooring. We have a dog and I didn’t realize the dog hair we had left behind by just swiffering.I gave this machine a work out on its first run through our house! I’m very impressed.I didn’t give 5 stars because the battery life is only about 15 mins.If you have a small area to clean this is the perfect purchase.

使っていたSharkの掃除機が壊れたので、安くて良さそうなこちらを購入しました。本体がとても軽量で、取り回しがしやすく疲れることなく掃除が出来て気に入っています。掃除途中で掃除機を放しても大丈夫な自立式なのでとても使い勝手が良いです。コードレス掃除機ですが、吸引力は20000PAと十分で、問題なくごみを吸い取ってくれました。ヘッドにライトがついているのも良いです。ライトによってごみが照らされるので、以前の掃除機で掃除していた時には気が付かなった細かいゴミが見えるようになりました。折り曲げられるので机の下などの掃除も楽々できます。フィルターの掃除も分解して簡単にできました。この価格でこの性能なら大満足です。コスパの良い掃除機が欲しい人におすすめです！

以前こちらのW100を購入したのですが同じ吸引力なのにカーペットのゴミも１度に吸うし１番気に入った所は吸引力が強いのにマットが吸い付かない所です。低い所には使いやすいのですが普段は曲げなくて使うので少し長いかも?!W100はヘッドが外しにくくて踏んで外したのですが、これは大丈夫でした。

自立が出来るのでラックも不要で部屋の隅に置いたり出来るのがすごい便利です。パワーも申し分なく、フレームが曲がるので家具や別途の隙間の下を掃除するのにかがまなくて良いので腰への負担もなくラクに掃除が出来ます。色々パワーアップしていました。やはりこのシリーズは最高です。

1年前に前のモデルを買い、ある日突然充電はできるけど動かなくなるという状態になりました。この状況をサポートに相談したところ、バッテリーの換えが2ヶ月がになるとのことで、補助して頂けるとのことで、こちらを購入しました。サポートの方の対応は、1日前後で返信を頂けたので、早く良かったです。新しいモデルを使い始めて数日でヘッドについている車輪がキュルキュルと音がでて若干の不快感はありますが、吸引力は新品ということもあり良いです。自立式なのも助かりますが、左右の切り替えしがスムーズにいかない時があるので、切り替えしに関しては前のモデルの方が自立式ではなかった分、逆にスムーズだったかなと思います。

以前に購入して使っていた同タイプの掃除機が壊れたため買い換え購入となりました。なんと言っても自立型が素晴らしい。掃除の途中で何処でも立ったまま置けるので、非常に便利。パワーヘッドブラシも強力に進化しています。折れ曲がりパイプは少し長いような感じですが、以前使っていたパイプが互換性使用できるので特に問題はありません。
