I had to go look at the pics of the product again to make sure I was using it right but I figured it out. It can be used two ways. For strong traction and gentle traction. It hurt a little at first bc my neck has so many stress knots all of the time. The massage dots/nodes work well at hitting certain pressured points. After using it for several days I can feel my cervical spine has adjusted causing less tension knots.

It doesn’t feel too comfortable when you first lay on it, but once you spend time and relax it does seem to help ease neck pain

It's a good idea in theory. In reality it is just painful. It has no flexibility so it doesn't bend as shown, the material is very hard & no matter how I placed it, it hurt. The numbs hurt the base of my skull & neck. I tried playing it so the Bart nearer the bottom of the neck (uncomfortable) was facing away from my body thinking that might help, it did not. Unfortunately the material is just to solid & has next to no give at all making any attempt in using it simply unpleasant.

I bought this one because it was cheaper than the rest but it’s not comfortable at all. I use it for about 10 minutes and don’t feel the difference that I still end up doing my neck workouts to relief tension.

I’m on my feet 8 hours + days and have a stiff/sore neck. This has knobs that feel great on my muscles. I can feel it massage the base of my skull. It is a little rough for my wife , but we flip it around like the images on the Advertisement suggest and she can use it without the knobs bothering her.

This works well but it is kind of hard.
