This appears to be quality product made up of a thin yellow latex lower layer, a soft sponge inner layer and a woven black textured top layer. It feels very comfortable. The overall thickness is about 4mm but I think it will flatten down with use. Easy to cut with scissors - I used the old insole as a pattern and the whole job was done on the two boots in a few minutes. Overall dimensions are 9.5cms wide and 28 cms long. Should be large enough for most men's sizes. Good value too as you get two pairs of insoles for the price. The attached pictures show the top layer as blue - it is not - it is black. Just a trick of the light. I would recommend these insoles and I would buy them again without hesitation.

There is no possible way that you can describe these as “ultra thin”.

These appeared to be normal thickness of insoles not the really thin ones advertised

These were perfect for my sons shoes. He's autistic and has his favorite shoes. The soles were getting a bit wore out. These work great.
