Don't usually write reviews unless needed. I ordered two 10.5tog duvets and a 4.5tog from the same seller. Only 2 duvets came but the customer service was great. Replied quickly to my messages and very understanding. They sent out a replacement for the missing duvet and I received it quickly. I would definitely recommend. The duvets are perfect 👌 3 happy, cosy and warm children now. Thanks

Great quality not the usual quality for a cheap duvet as we can all relate. Noticeable differece in comfort and warmth. Will defo be keeping on my favorites list.

When first buying this duvet I ordered a king size, when it arrived and I took it out of the packaging there were no labels no info, just a plain piece of paper inside clear plastic vacuum packaging. It looked and felt huge and when I tried to put my king size duvet cover on my king size duvet there was a problem. Half of the duvet was still sticking out the cover no matter how hard I tried, in order to close the buttons I ended up with a lumpy blob of a quilt. I wrote to the company how ever the strangest thing began to happen within a week of owning it. Slowly I noticed each day of readjusting more and more of the quilt began to fit inside the cover and the lumps were smaller. The quilt had gone from being a huge super king to a king size in around 7 days. Not sure how this happens as I'm used to things plumping up after coming out of vacuum packing but didn't know they could double in size and then shrink again.The quilt is extremely good quality amazing for the price, would highly recommend anyone trying it especially if your house is cold. It is lovely and thick but not too heavy, just be aware when buying that it may appear larger than what you ordered to begin with. Would buy again when duvet needs replacing
