Removable top makes a world of difference
Looks well made. I like the open top that makes it a lot easier to add water and to clean the unit when done. All the other brands without the open top requires you to pour the water through the thin slots in the front. This also makes it extremely difficult to clean.

Canton Style Rice ROLLSSSSS
This was just what I was looking for now that i'm home all the time due to this COVID situation and being able to explore cooking to another level. This brings back childhood memories of eating rice rolls and I can't believe it's so simple. This definitely makes steaming very easy and quick.Put on the stove, add some water and start heating up!

We enjoy making fresh rice noodle sheets with this
Update: Seller reached out and resolved the issue. Great company and customer service. We enjoy making fresh rice noodle sheets with this :-)One of the trays leaks, wish there is a way of contacting the seller. Really don't want to send the whole thing back...

Over price for a cheap and flimsy material
Too cheap material for the price of $80. As a regular Amazon customer, I do not recommend this product. It's too flimsy and very easily getting rusted. There has been some spots are rusted when I receive it.
