After years of trial and error, I finally found the perfect windshield sun shade. Instead of being that thin, mylar sort of stuff, this is made with a heavier quilted material so sun and heat protection are superior. Velcro mirror flap ensures 100% windshield coverage, and it fits my 2023 CX-5 perfectly. Yes, it's unwieldy to pop open and fold up like all shades this style, but it's sturdy enough to leave unfurled behind the driver's seat...I just tuck it behind a little trash bag that's hanging from my headrest. 100% RECOMMEND.

Everything is great about this sun shade! It fits my Toyota perfectly, super easy to put up, and is easy to fold when I return to the car. Texas heat in July is brutal but this shade keeps the temperature inside the car to a manageable level— it takes only 5 minutes to cool down with the AC, instead of the 15 minutes it used to take! I am happy I bought it!

The metal ring ended up bending and is now misshaped. Only used ONCE! Advise looking for something easier to fold up, one that won't bend permanently.

My husband just bought himself a 2023 Tacoma 4x4 and this fits perfectly. Excellent quality. Not a fan of the twist and store, but this works great in the Texas sun!! Keeps the truck a whole lot cooler!

In a 2023 RAV 4, it is easier to install when there is only one person in the car. So my wife has to exit first. Ditto for folding it back up. In all the times while installing and uninstalling, I am concerned that when the wire wears through the material that the wire will scratch something in the interior. I plan to change out but don't want to pay twice as much. A RAV 4 is much small compared to our minivan. It is difficult for us to store it between uses. This is a fault of the RAV 4 and not the product.It does fit very well once in place.
