Works
We bought this for our RV park bathrooms to insure the doors close and no outsiders can use them. It works the way it's supposed to and closes our door. However, it doesn't shut them all the way to the point it latches. This is important because we have codes to get in and if it doesn't latch shut they're a moot point. I don't blame the product or think the products what failed. I think our bathroom doors are messed up in a way. We ended up reusing them for other doors around the park and they work great on those!

Better than expected
So I purchased another closer about half the price of this one and it broke within a month so I ordered this one. Now the other one was spring loaded unlike this one and so far this one is so much better in every way possible. Now I was skeptical due to the price since I just bought a piece of junk but the was easy to install didn't even have to adjust it it was perfect right from the install. For the price you can't beat it now how long it will last only time will tell but a of 4/8/25 so far so good
