Essential fans for mid level build
You can't beat Thermalright fans when you're trying to get the most you can for a budget and I prefer the aesthetic these halo style ones have for case fronts (Corsair 4000d case).Light colours are similar enough to match other thermalright fans if you have them on an air cooler.they come with a lot of wires attached so make sure your case has good cable management options. Wouldn't recommend for SFF.MSI B650 motherboard was able to see them well enough for colour and speed adjustment. preferred MSI software to signal rgb so that rgb settings are there from power on.Slight noise, but quieter than any load on GPU (XFX 6000 series)

Noisey
One of the fan making wierd loud noises. I do not recommend these to anybody.

Incredible value
The media could not be loaded. These are brilliant fans. Extremely quiet. Colours can be set with Aura Sync. Build quality is good. Rubber feet. Cable splitters included (so you can plug all three fans into one port if you want to, same with the lights). Really surprised given the price. An absolute no-brainer.

Bargain buy!
I needed 3 fans for the front of my case (only had a single sorry fan and I needed to improve the airflow for a new graphics card). Picked these up since they were a really good price and were a brand I'd heard of (although not bought before).Installed easily, they look good (even though I'm not a fan of RGB!), and more importantly they're nice and quiet and keep everything cool.(fitted to a Corsair 5000D Airflow - they're daisy chained together with one connection to the fan header and one to RGB on the motherboard - works with OpenRGB etc)
