5 Honored One Of The Motherworld Stars
Dungeon War is the fourth book in the Dungeon Core Fantasy series by Alex S. Weber. What a twisted web of intrigue and hidden powers at play. Discovering that if they had gone about this in any other way besides kidnapping and murdering her, most likely, she would have considered their goal for humanity understandable... It is at least a bit ironic and concerning.Alexandra has been unearthing the true secrets of this world's technology and beginnings. The machinations of the Gods and their leash on society most of all. That the technological advancements so in contrast to the mana and essence of this world came from Earth originally? I had suspected some connection, but I am enjoying the unraveling of origins.I await her revenge in anticipation. To have Assaria so close to her, and potentially even her old party members within reach. I do hope that Allya can come to an understanding with Crystal when she does enact her retribution. It's not as if she's truly supporting them, having no knowledge of the slaves they keep in their employ. However, woeful amounts of civil unrest are brewing across this planet. As Alexandra has predicted, it is evolving further and further into the eventual destruction of the current powers that be. How Rebirth and the Dungeon Factory will fair the coming upheaval is unknown.. I wish for success for both, though.I am also starting to understand Allya and Emilia's individual concerns about the state of Alexandra's mind, given what the new developments come to light. And what does she mean when she says her true name??

Another good book
One main character. Okay for teens. Fast paced story. Want to see more in this series. Hope to read more soon.

Good... if you skim a bit
The author has a handful of special interests and oh boy are you going to hear about them. If you like international politics and technology development, you're in for a good time! If, like me, you prefer the interpersonal drama, it's a bit lighter on that.A good entry, and I'll be reading the next.

Great!
A great 4th book. Only complaint is I wish they were a little longer lol. Power creep spiked in this one still good though.

Rapid progression
We went from slow steady progression to RAPID. The scale turned up to 11, we have war, we have tech, and we have the threads that have been hanging for the past 3 books finally addressed. What hit me most of all was that from the second book on we kept seeing the ORDER talk about lesly as a dungeon core and I kept thinking she was somewhere else plotting and planning. NOPE turns out they think their boss is our protagonist. So many things clicked for me when I realized that.

Satisfying Sequel
I thoroughly enjoy this saga, the world building is first class and the characters are well developed and fun. There are plenty of challenges to surmount and lots of potential for the development of the story. Well worth investing in the series and getting ready for the next sequel, which I will certainly read. Highly recommended.
