What is the lining of the bottle made of? Is there any plastic?

I think you will find there is a plastic film, very thin, on the tetrapak. But it is a negligible amount of plastic and likely biodegradable—this company does a lot with the environment in mind. I was inclined to try it for a 2 for 1 offer—astounded in recent research about the amount of micro plastic that is contained in most bottled water we drink due to how it is packaged. Treated tap water has none!

For plain flavor water, do i get 12 packs of 16.9 fl oz or just 1 bottle of 16.9 fl oz? all other flavors have 12 listed.

1 pack has 12 bottles (16.9 fl oz each). If you get 12 packs that's 144 bottles of 16.9 fl ounces.

does this help with leg cramping?

Not in the least. But, I can give you advice from very painful personal and recent experience. The typical cause of leg cramps is inadequate potassium in your diet. I got relief in the past by taking MagOx magnesium supplements recommended by my MD (available on Amazon) and drinking Propel (Amazon sells packets to make your own with water). But I cut back on Propel when I started to drink alkaline water like Flow. My ENT had suggested alkaline water to reduce acid reflux. I recently started a diet that was way too heavy on meats (sausage is a food group isn’t it?) and way too light on fruits and vegetables. The result was VERY PAINFUL leg cramps. Until I got them under control, I was even wary of going to bed. Now, I take potassium supplements (on Amazon) and eat as much fish (salmon is one of the best) and vegetables as I can. Other high potassium foods are baked potatoes, most nuts, dates, apricots, spinach, bananas., carrots. Just search for high potassium foods on the internet. If you like Flow, as I do, just keep drinking it but modify your diet to include more high potassium foods. It’s like flipping a switch with me — eat not enough and I get cramps; eat enough, and the cramps disappear. I’ve also been told by my MD that the cramps can be caused by circulation problems in your legs. I was going to get this tested but then the cramps disappeared after beefing up potassium. Flow Mineral Spring Water

I like this mineral spring water and the “tetra paks” are great knowing I can cut down on plastic waste. This product is different and has standard 16.9 ozs and great for hydration. Quality of water is good and refreshing , will purchase again. “update the water pak doesn’t have secure top and there is a heavy glue smell that is used to bond caps to the pak” I wanted to try water again hoping that was a one time problem with glue but, when I received water, paks were leaking around cap and still had glue odor on other 12 paks. Disappointed ☹️

Love the water--hate its delivery!

Hard to review a product that does not get delivered as promised. This has happened several times to me and I am never able to get a refund or other satisfaction. I love the product so I give the product a 5 star review. It is the difficulty getting it to me that is problematic. At this time I buy it from Whole Foods off the shelf. But it is one thing I would very much prefer to be delivered as it is heavy!

Strange chemical smell

I bought this water after reading a review about it’s purity. However, a strange strong chemical smell came from the lid as i opened it. Now i have that taste on the tip of my tongue. So i question the water quality.
