Difficult to clean
This is not designed the way most ultrasonic diffusers are. It has a complicated system inside with a plastic basket holding a movable disc. They clearly are aware that it will be difficult to keep clean as they supply a little brush. Biofilm, the slime that forms when any traces of water are allowed to linger, is full of bacteria. It's not something you should be breathing in carried on oily mist.

Oil diffuser
When I opened the box I was disappointed. When I started it up, I was chuffed to bits and then tried to order another, but the price had gone up quite a bit.Absolutely brilliant and the colours - looks fabulous! Well worth it.

Stopped working after 3 days. Very cheap power supply and now have lost confidence that its safe.
Had the product 2 days, worked great until 3rd day when the power supply failed. I'm now not that confident thats its a safe product as they have used the cheapest power supply they could source... left plugged in all day or night!? Could be a disaster waiting to happen

Make sure the product works properly!
I ordered 2 diffusers. One of them works perfectly fine however the second one does not work well. The central buoy is always stuck, even when there’s only water in the diffuser.This may have been a manufacturing issue but quality control should have been done, especially because I ordered 2. I know how it’s supposed to work from using the first diffuser and I’m disappointed that the second one doesn’t work to the same standard.

Stopped Working
It was great for the week that it worked but then it just flashed red and blue and then switched off.I can't return it either.
