i just need a dash cam that works with bluetooth also and without the car being on?

This one works without the car being on, but you have to buy the separate wiring harness that you plug into an empty fuse behind the dash in order to give the camera power while the vehicle is not on. This unit doesn't have Bluetooth, but you can access the video files via an app on your phone.
