I purchased this item to give as a gift bag item for staff members who floated to our unit to help us out. It was such an appreciated gift that I started giving it to staff who did something above and beyond. Then I began giving it to new hired staff as a "Welcome to the Team". The saying is a good lead in to what we expect our staff to feel and carry out daily. This is a great value for the impact to the staff.

This product did not disappoint. Pen actually fit in little holder and writes incredibly well. The brown binder is sturdy and the handwriting is clear and better than expected. I sure hope all feel appreciated when they pick it up!
