Not quite 12 inches
The paper is sturdy and the color is vibrant. But I needed six 4 inch squares per sheet and could not get 6 the exact same size. :-( I guess I will get the squares that I can and use the rest for crafts. The price is good.

Nice colorful paper for crafts
I am very happy I purchased this paper for my crafts. I almost didn't buy because of all the negative reviews but it worked great with what I need it for. I can understand why it wouldn't work for some people because it Isn't thick construction paper but for the money your paying I don't understand why you would think that. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and will absolutely buy more colors. I bought blue, yellow, violet(more of a purple), bright blue, and turquoise. I love the colors except the two blues I choose are very similar when they are together. I should have chosen a different blue.
