Great quality
As a PT, I have been through multiple packs of resistance bands. These are great quality, the resistance of each band is what it says on the tin and the little bag you store them in is well made. They are also very aesthetically pleasing as I love the colours. Great value for money - would buy these again and have already recommended them to clients

Too big for me
The size of the strongest band was too big for me and kept falling down. Not for me I'm afraid.
