I love this chair. I will say that the neck pillow and back pillow are not as comfortable when you sit up straight. But they are when you lean back in the chair. I like the massage feature as well.

Its very comfy and sturdy but I did have to message the seller about missing hardware, hopefully they can send them. But so far its amazing quality from what ive seen and the instructions are easy to read! Shipping was faster than expected and im very pleased other than the missing pieces!

It's not a bad chair find it comfortable could use a few changes green is not green it's highlighter yellow leg rest is just a little bit too short and the pillow for the back and head muffle the massage feature so you don't feel it and the cup holders are just a little too small if the size of the plastic insert was the size of the hole in the chair it would be perfect

I'm 6' 4". The neck pillow sits at about my mid back. There is no Bluetooth. No adjustable hight for anything. Instructions are simple. All in all not worth the money.

The chair is comfortable and nice, but there’s no way to connect to Bluetooth. For $300, one of the features to be missing is really upsetting. There’s also absolutely zero information on how to connect to it. Don’t waste your money.Update: we opened the back of the chair to see where the wires go and it doesn’t seem like they connect to any power source?? Definitely seems wrong.

This chair has ups and downs. Putting it together was simple even the wires was too. It reclines nicely speakers work nice and I like how the cupholders are on both sides. When you sit in it, your ass does not hurt, however, your back definitely feels hardness and can feel where the massage pieces are. Yes, it does not have rollers on the chair however it does slide forward and backwards very nicely on my rubber mat that I use for my desk. I do like how the pillow is adjustable so I can move it to where I want my head to rest.this is a nicely build chair. My only suggestion would be a nice thin pillow to put behind your back.
