Just what I needed.
I bought some fairly expensive shoes in the sale but when they arrived it felt like something poking through the heel. I couldn’t return them. This was an inexpensive way to get round it and work perfectly. Actually, more so because it’s so comfortable and I can wear them longer.

Not the best
Purchased these on the recommendation of our doctor. They slip away from the shoes. So doesn't stay in place and actually made my partners plantar fasciitis worse. Would not recommend for use with this foot condition

Gel heel insoles
Brilliant I put them in this morning & then went to town & when I came home my feet was good

Not comfortable at all
The delivery was quick and I was looking forward to these working, how ever after initially putting them in my boots the heel felt great I noticed the immediate difference but this is where the good points end. After wearing them all day at work they really did become unbearable to have on, the pain I got from the end of the plastic digging in to my foot made it 10x worse. After that day I took them out and never put them back in. I also tried to double them this didn't help either.My advise don't get them.
