Good product
I use this for my work and it is good, works as it should

Much less salt than regular pinhead meal.
Also good value as you use less.Say you needed to add 1000g of regular, with this you only need 500g - but then add an extra 250 of water. So this goes a long way.In truth there was so much here that I gave half to a friend.

the pinhead rusk is there to soak up cooking juices, great product.,...and gluten free
awesome addition to homemade burgers... no more store bought mass produced burgers for us again....made some quarter pounders for the family.... stuffed with cheese and garlic made the burgers mince /seasoning/ pinhead gluten free rusk exactlly as suggested by tongmaster.... the gluten free pinhead rusk is there to soak up cooking juices, not to make the burgers cheaper ....never seen the kids so impressed with there food....the burgers were lovely and juicy...now we are all unable to move were so stuffed...no pictures...was last thing on my mind...lol...maybe next time....highly recommended....ive added more seasonings to my wishlist....i will be back for more for definite....very fairly priced...ps: filled large mason jar up with the gluten free pinhead rusk....airtight...

Gluten free goodness
As part of my fledgling sausage making career this product, along with smoke dust, has made things very easy indeed. The item comes with clear instructions and has been very easy to use, making for very professional results indeed. I’ve been using a mincer attachment on my Kenwood Chef but must now consider a proper sausage machine. Whatever the case, I will be using more Tongmaster stuff. Really good but I find if you put it in a procsesor and grind it a little works better

Learning curve?
Probably my fault for not usj g it appropriately, but it didn't help moisture in my sausage, on the contrary, they seem rather drier than other batches. Will continue to experiment but so far, I still prefer burgers and sausages free of rusk
