Definitely love this product it works well and it’s well worth the price they asked for it. I just wish I came with different batteries these I have no use for sadly. But If I need another one of these I’ll definitely buy again for just the tool.

I tried this and still had to go to jeweler to replace my batteries. It is clumsy and will not work on most watches.

How much to change a watch battery out there now? Anyone? I don't know, I have so many watches stopped working at home and collecting dust because changing batteries was super expensive. I guess it won't be any cheaper now, couples years later. This kit come into my view and I am like, why not let's give it a try? I mean let's give my watch craftsmanship a chance to see if I can revive some of my old watches. $15.99. I think I can at least get one of the watches' battery changed by the "professional", maybe? The worst case scenario is I broke all the watch already not working for years already.So now the kit arrive today and couple hours later, I make five watches which has stopped working for almost five years restarted again. One watch worth five stars then this product worth twenty five stars. Or can I review five times? Just kidding. But I am glad that I order this products so now I have couple years of battery supplies for all different kind of watches and the tools to change that.For the product itself, it has two small screw drivers which kind of useless as they are just like those eye glasses repair type of small Phillips screwdriver, I would consider they are extra.The other two tools though, they are the gut of this tool kit. One of them allow you to unscrew the rotating back lid of the watch. The other one is a pin that let you detach the spring pin which both are the secret for the watch repair guys charge you that much money. And this kit come with some spare spring pin which is handy in case you lost some while you poping those out.Then get to the batteries. It indeed come with six (if not seven) different types and each has 8-10 of those. It good for me for couple years of battery usage.... At least until the battery expire but it has the expiration date like 2027 so I am good for another four years at least. How the battery actually last, I can't tell but even it work for a couple months only it's a steal to me already. The instructions can be better I would say but I don't expect it cover all kind of different watches type so you will need to watch some YouTube diy video anyway. But I get to know how to use the tools right away. The toughest part indeed is how to remove the battery after you open up the lid, which the kit also provided you with a plastic tong to make the task a bit easier.In conclusion, this product is excellent that do its job with this price point which can save you lots of money year to come. But you will need to Google and watch YouTube a bit to learn how to change battery after you use the tools to open up the watches, including how to identify which battery to use, how to take that out for different watches, how to put the lid back and how to NOT break your watches by touching the part you shouldn't touch, etc.

Fangen wir mal bei den Batterien an. Es sind lediglich Alkali-Mangan enthalten. Leider keine Silberoxid. In eine "gute" Uhr kommen meines Erachtens aber Silberoxid-Batterien, da diese aus meiner Erfahrung heraus wesentlich länger halten. Jedes öffnen der Uhr stellt ja auch ein "Risiko" da, dass diese beschädigt werden kann.Von daher würde ich die Batterien eher für Spielzeug oder billige Haushaltsgegenstände wie z.B. Messlehre, Thermometer, etc. nutzen.Die AG 10 hätte ich jetzt gebraucht, fehlt aber leider, obwohl es ja 60 Batterien sind. Alternativ passte aber auch die dickere AG 12. Das muss man dann testen.Das Teil (Stift) zum Öffnen von Armbändern funktioniert sehr gut. Jetzt weiß ich auch, wie man ein Lederarmband von der Uhr bekommt (Erklärung liegt bei). Bei Stahlarmbändern funktioniert es ebenfalls sehr gut.Die Federleisten sind für das Stahlarmband leider miniminimal zu dick. Ich denke, es könnte eine Fehlproduktion sein. Das geht dann nur noch mit Lederarmbändern. Zumindest bei meinen Uhren.Die Schraubenzieher sind gut verarbeitet aber das Material ist relativ weich. Also das geht nur für leichte arbeiten. Wenn man mal hart ran muss, dann wird man die "Klinge" schnell beschädigen.Das Werkzeug zum Entfernen des Uhrenbodens ist ebenfalls aus relativ weichen Stahl. Wenn man hier hart ran muss, dann ist es beschädigt. Man kann es aber auch sehr leicht wieder mittels Schleifstein hinbekommen.Uhrenböden die sich leicht öffnen lassen, sind mit diesem Gerät aber kein Problem. Das geht sehr gut.Das Teil um Uhrenböden abzudrehen funktioniert bei mir auch ganz gut. Die Verabeitung ist aber eher einfach.Die Kunststoffpinzette ist nein Danke, muss man nicht haben. Damit kann ich nichts ordentlich greifen. Da fummel ich lieber von Hand.Und so kann ich insgesamt sagen, dass es zwar was taugt, aber in Bezug auf die Batterien eher für Billigkram, da kein Silberoxid. Die Federleisten taugen eingeschränkt wie beschrieben und das restliche Werkzeug ist für leichte Arbeit ordentlich aber nicht, wenn etwas einen höheren Kraftaufwand bedarf.Der Preis ist ja auch in die Bewertung mit einzubeziehen und so wird man sein Geld schnell wieder raus haben, nachdem man 2 oder 3 Batterien selber gewechselt hat.Ach so: Die Schrauben vom Uhrwerk selber konnte ich mit dem kleinen Schraubendreher sehr gut öffnen bei meiner Uhr. Bei dieser Uhr muss das Uhrwerk leicht demontiert werden um an die Batterie zu kommen. Aber auch das funktioniert, solange man nicht zittrig ist.Wenn man es noch nie gemacht hat, am besten mal mit einer ausgemusterten Uhr testen.
