Wild about 4E Wild Yam Balancing Cream!!!
I started a health improvement journey about 9 months ago and searched high and low for a product like this one. Having been in menopause for 4 years now, I have searched for something that actually seemed to work (to control night sweats, poor sleep, etc,). This seems to do the trick!I love the light, pleasant scent and how it feels on my skin. I have found, however, that it does take a little longer for delivery for some reason, and the delivery has been delayed twice. I didn't mind though, and am willing to wait longer for this product.I'll keep using this stuff as long as they sell it!

Regular period 28 days
The reason why I started this product was because I heard the benefits of wild yam cream and it's regulation of hormones and periods. I've been using the screen for 30 days the things I have noticed is the con my breasts have been very tender, more so than usual I don't usually get tender breasts.Pro the whole reason why I started taking this was because my periods have been in the 23 to 26 day range for the last 2 to 3 years. So I wanted to see if this would help to lengthen the duration in between. (for reference on 43 years old) I've been only taking this for 30 days this morning I got my period and it was 28 days from my last period!I know the longer that you take this cream the more benefits that are noticed so I'm going to continue to apply this cream, I rotate the spots that I apply it as directed and I will stop taking it while I'm on my period and resume taking it on the last day of my period. So 3 weeks on one week off.I only took off one star because of the tender breasts š

Too smelly
Not sure if itās working yet since I havenāt been using it long enough to compare- but I really hate the smell of it so Iāll be switching brands. Itās a very strong floral scent - even though itās natural it makes me nauseous š¤¢ Not a fan.

Easily absorbed into skin and smells nice!
Nice scent, moisturizing, spreads easily. Iām really bad at being consistent in using creams regularly, but I think it does work and helps with postmenopausal skin health.
