Gold sure looks good on beige and white curtains, this held my curtains as stated, I think it is best used on thick or bushy curtains unless you tie some knots. This is perfect size, good magnetic strength, not the strongest, but decent, and looks amazing all gold and mixed with my white and beige curtains was really nice combo.I guess what would make this better is a mechanic that allows for tightening the product onto the curtain itself, rather than having to tie it if the curtains are too thin and slim. Luckily for me I could just ring it around my curtains and let the magnetic force hold it.
