My Resmed sleep scores are routinely in the 96-100 range using these pillows. My scores were in the 80-90 range using the Resmed pillows with most of the lost points being due to mask leakage. Since I still had an unused Resmed pillow, I decided to use it to see what my scores would do. As I suspected they would, my scores dropped down again due to mask leakage. I'm also getting about a months usage out of these before needing to replace them. Resmed's about 2 weeks. With these costing a third less than Resmed, these are a much better value for me.

Ok, here's what you need to know.1. ResMed's cushions are double walled, these replacement cushions are single walled.2. Only after the first night of use was I able to pull it off the frame just like ResMed's, subsequently I have had to use my fingernail to lift up on the frame to pop the cushion out. It's not too difficult, I just worry that the frame will tear.3. These replacement cushions are really comfortable and are a great value, especially as a two-pack.I recommend these replacement cushions provided you have no problem fiddling with the removal from the frame. If you don't have the dexterity or the patience, I recommend paying for the official ResMed cushion.

I felt like I was suffocating when using these nasal pillows, then I started waking up with migraines. I switched back to my original Resmed pillows. These seem unsafe.When I look at these pillows compared to the original Resmed ones, I can see that they are different. The Resmeds have a double layer in the nostril part, these have only a single.It's worth noting that you cannot return medical equipment to Amazon. The manufacturer says to contact them for returns, however I emailed the address they provided and have not received a response.

These are fairly comparable to the name brand Airfit pillows. I do find I have a little more trouble breathing through the washable filter, but not enough that I didn't decide to switch over. It saves enough money to be worth it for me. 4 stars, a little improvement on the washable filter would make it a 5 for me.

New to Medihealer but glad to have found these P30i replacements. You may know that ResMed changed its “QuietAir Vent” design yet again in early 2023. Frustrating! ResMed has now released its third redesigned version in just a few years. It’s apparent that the company is struggling with breathability versus too much air fanning all over one’s face and body. This Medihealer version is very close to the design ResMed marketed from 2021 to 2023 yet better. Because there is no gauzy filtration material in the center, it’s more breathable with greater longevity since the venting area is easy to clean. The vent area snaps apart for cleaning. A step ahead and very quiet, too.In comparing comfort, I prefer its very slightly softer edges that don’t press up against the area below my nose like Resmed’s does.

Much better than the original (and cheaper even shipping to the UK), softer, great alternative. The original Resmed product has two layers of silicon and the second, internal one, is much harder, which makes it quite painful to use, this alternative at least makes it usable for me.I wish Medihealer released one with the shape of the Philips silicon pillows, but compatible with the P30i. That would make it the perfect mask for me, as the P30i gives me more flow when I'm on my side, I prefer the quick-release system, and doesn't blow a stream of air to my wife, but the shape of the pillows pinches my nose and makes it uncomfortable.

These do not fit like other brands. The nostril holes are too big for a size small.

It helps me breathe better with Cpap machine.
