They are perfect.

These envelopes are a good price. Small problem - sometimes, the corners of the inside of the envelopes have to be pried open to slide a full-size quick books check in, or other full size paperwork. And the glue isn't always sufficient, I add a dab of tape on each edge. But for the value, I'm happy. Small business person. :)

These envelopes fit Quickbooks 2012 checks perfectly. The return address and logo fit in the upper window, all lines visible. The address on the check fits perfectly in the lower window, centered top to bottom, with all lines visible. The lines do not crowd the top of the window as with store brand envelopes I bought from a staple office supply store. The memo line does not show through the window. Four or five sheets of 20# copier paper along with the check will fit into the envelope easily. (Fold the copies in half, then fold the folded edge up to an inch from the top, firmly crease the folds, and the pages will fit.) No issues with the gummed flaps; they stick and there seems to be plenty of glue on them. The paper seems a bit thinner than the staple brand, but the fit is so far superior it doesn't matter. These are the best-fitting envelopes I have ever used, and I run a small business so I use a lot. Definitely will order them again!

These are our go-to envelopes for our checks from QuickBooks. The band separating the recipient and the return address is wide enough to prevent anyone from looking inside the envelope. All information on the check is obscured, including the memo field. Great price. We'll never buy envelopes at an office supply store ever again.These are gummed envelopes, not self-sealing. We use an envelope moistener and the flap seals perfectly.

So I bought these and while they work, they do have a few problems.The security inking on the inside of the envelope is just a bunch of left right up down lines (not the same as the image). It does the job of hiding the contents but with a trained eye you can still see past it.My biggest problem was with the front windows. It seems the height of the envelope is about 3mm more than it should be. The long form dollar amount often slips under the divide between the windows and thus partially appears above the send to address. Not the biggest deal...but I worry an unscrupulous postal worker may recognize it, swipe it, and cash it somewhere less reputable. Also with employee paychecks it may disclose info that shouldn't be disclosed to other employees.The envelopes do serve their purpose and the lick and stick seal does work better than other envelopes I've used. I'm on the fence about whether I will reorder these or look for a different make/company.

I ordered these as a substitute for envelopes that I normally buy from a supplier I have purchased from for years.(deliver 2 weeks). I received these through prime (2 day delivery). I was presently surprised that these envelopes provide better coverage of information because of the size and location of the windows. On my original envelopes, the memo line at the bottom of a check is partially visible and can't be lowered because the type will get into the check routing numbers. With these envelopes, the distance from the bottom of the envelope to the bottom window is a little bit longer, providing complete coverage of the memo line.This is a good quality envelope that provides security. I would purchase again without hesitation.

Great to use in our accounting department for issue checks, however, the adhesion you might need a glue stick to properly seal the envelope, and it is a study material and non-see through. It is an excellent envelope to use for any a regular check, but keep in mind that you will not have enough room to add more than one extra page in the envelope due to the limit in size. Nevertheless, we have been using this for over two years and it is a great product for the money.

I read a review that unfairly blasted these envelopes because they don't fit invoices. These envelopes are made to fit computerized checks.....I use Quickbooks. There are other envelopes that fit invoices that are a little bigger that work perfectly for invoices and letters. I did some comparative shopping and the price I got here was amazingly low. Delivery was very quick and everything is as expected from this vendor. I ordered 3 boxes (one for each of my clients that use them), and they'll last for quite awhile. One thing......I wouldn't pay the additional amount to get the self sealing envelopes because the self seal eventually stops working. Not necessarily the fault of the envelope in my case because I bought in bulk and they lasted for a long time. I definitely would recommend this product and this vendor.
