Very Narrow Temperature Range
These are good for temperatures between 50° and 65°F. At the lower end, they are very cold until you get your blood pumping and your body temp increases, then they become comfortable. However, if there is any wind at all above what you are generating on the bike, and it is blowing towards you, it totally nulls the warmers and makes them useless.

These are warm and comfortable leg sleeves.
I love these leg sleeves. I have large thighs from many years of bicycle riding and many of the leg sleeves out there are for very thin legs. These do not bind my thighs and stay up while riding. The only downside is that since I am short the sleeves are long. Since I am not a fashionista, I don’t care. The sleeves are warm and comfortable, exactly what is needed for cold riding.

Perfect for cool day bike rides
I was skeptical if these would stay up around my thick thighs for a 2-hr bike ride, but they actually did! The little rubbery grippy things on the top band worked great. I tucked the top band underneath my biking shorts to help.Easy to remove when you get too hot and provide just enough warmth when mountain biking in 40-degree weather in Colorado's Front Range.

Doesn't work.
So these do not work at all for me I tried using these while walking and I couldn't even make it 20 steps without both of them falling down to my ankles making them useless. This might be because I have hair legs and the rubber grips can't grab on. Maybe these work for people with women legs. 🤔
